We had 2 rooms booked in this hotel and it was a disgusting experience. In one of the rooms we had 3 cockroaches running and took a pictures and asked the staff to change the room and the receptionist expected us to wait until they clean it and we stay there. The other room was not ready when we got there but after our return at 4pm we were given a room and it had a horrible smell of cigarettes. Once again we complained and they told us to open the windows and spray some air freshener. We did not accept obviously and demanded to change the room which after some arguing they did and it seemed fine at first. Only until we had a shower at night. A disgusting smell of vomit filled the room in the bathroom. We tried to find another hotel that same time but it was too late in the night so we had to ‘sleep’ there. During the night you could not even sleep. We could hear a child's cough and parents talk all night long from our neighbouring rooms. We had booked for 2 nights but we were happy to leave the following day and not even ask for a refund. Save yourself this experience and do not stay in this place!!

senza infamia e senza lode hotel molto comodo x la vicinanza a gardaland ma devo dire che ho trovato la stanza molto fredda nonstante il condizionatore sempre acceso che non riscalda abbastanza e faceva veramente molto freddo,AL BAGNO NON NE PARLIAMO !!! termosifone spento quindi difficile fare la doccia stanza al piano terra praticamente nel parcheggio ....colazione buona sia dolce che salata

Ha personale incompetente autista che fa gli spostamenti con navetta loro molto ignorante e maleducato.il bar scarso e poco fornito nella reception non c'è una persona che dice cose precise cambiano e dicono cose diverse poco pulito e piscina con mosche e formiche

E' stata una pessima esperienza. Ho soggiornato 3 notti con la mia famiglia per visitare Gardaland, pagando 700 euro con prima colazione (4 persone) per una stanza (o come lo chiamano loro: appartamento - perché dotato di angolo cottura mai utilizzato). Innanzitutto il pagamento completo al check in con un il rilascio di una cauzione di € 50 da restituire a fine soggiorno. La stanza era pessima! Puzza di umido e macchie di umidità in bagno. Assolutamente non adeguata al prezzo pagato (e alle fantomatiche 3 stelle sbandierate dall'albergo). I lumicini dei comodini non si accendevano, la tv minuscola, sacchetti a copertura di finestre! Un vero delirio. Inoltre il riordino della stanza giornaliero non è mai stato fatto. A fine soggiorno ho dovuto buttare autonomamente la spazzatura altrimenti (come da regolamento affisso) sarebbe stata trattenuta la cauzione. TUTTO ASSURDO.

Per essere un tre stelle, l' hotel è molto al di sotto delle aspettative. Unico punto a favore la posizione rispetto ai parchi, anche se la strada non è assolutamente percorribile a piedi (soprattutto di notte per la scarsa illuminazione). È consigliato dunque spostarsi con la propria autovettura.

Struttura da 3 stelle (diciamo 2 stelle e mezza) ottima doccia camere strette. Attenti all'over booking, il downsize dell'appartamento pagato in anticipo, ci ha visti destinati ad una camera molto stretta senza alcun rimborso (ci è costato circa 25 euro. La Direzione non ha acconsentito ad alcun rimborso, tuttavia abbiamo "risolto" con l'omaggio di 4 bottigliette di acqua minerale.

Consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono stare in un ambiente curato ,con servizi efficienti, strategico per chi deve raggiungere i parchi, forse troppo lento il servizio pulizia stanze.nel complesso soddisfacente.

Tutto ottimo. Location strategica per il Lago di Garda. Ottimo prezzo/qualità. Buffet abbondante che accontenta tutti i palati ed ottimamente gestito ( se qualcosa al momento manca, basta chiedere e sarai immediatamente accontentato). Reception e pulizia all'altezza delle aspettative. Insomma, mi ripeto, tutto ottimo. Monika

Gita a Gardaland con famiglia. Preso monolocale ( n 1) molto minimal ma ristrutturato in economia; evidenti le lacune della ristrutturazione sia nel bagno che nella camera/cucina. Posizione comoda per raggiunge Gardaland con parcheggio privato. Va bene per una notte. Tassa di soggiorno 50 cent per adulto.
