Great hotel. Room was clean and services. Buffet breakfast was good. Right by the airport. You take the airport tram and it’s two stops to & from the airport. I enjoyed my stay.

It's pretty good. The environment and aspects are okay, but it's not good to have to pay separately for parking.

The hotel is very new. You can take the light rail directly to the airport in a few steps. The price is also very reasonable.

Valet should be optional, it was a bit of a hassle and quite slow but the drivers were nice. Disappointed there was no microwave in room. Pillows and duvet were not very comfortable. Everything else was great.

The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. The ladies who checked us in and out answered all questions I had. They also created a very personable encounter and were super friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable. We chose our hotel based off of closeness to the convention center and I would suggest booking there to anyone who needs to access an event there. Plus having valet was a huge plus. The valet staff was very nice and created a fun joking time while we waited for our vehicles. If I could give 10 out of 10 stars I would!!

Great alternative for an overnight sty next to ATL. Hotel is accesible via sky train which is much better than hotel shuttles (in my opinion). Room is okay, but desks are tiny. Don’t plan to work on your room.

Proximity to the sky train makes this property worth it, to get to our early flight as soon as possible. Our room had floorboards and a bright green flashing light on the wall, which made it difficult to sleep with the noise and light. That being said, the room was still clean and presentable, and I would stay again.

Exceptional front desk staff. Modle employees. From the warm greeting received at check-in, it made you feel comfortable. Even on days when we were going in and out of the hotel, the front desk staff took the time to acknowledge our going out and coming in. Room was very clean, and breakfast was good to. Also the auxiliary staff was just as responsive as the front desk. Thanks for picking that team.

Staff are friendly, professional, and dependable. Things are done timely and precise. They give great recommendations and updates.

Great hotel, clean, convenient, great location. Valet parking $28 a day. The parking lot has EV chargers as well which is excellent for EV owners.

Everything was fine except the shower was dirty. Long hairs on walls of shower and floor. Don't know if it was cleaned. Didn't look like it.
