This hotel is a real gem very clean spacious and welcoming on entry bedroom was very spacious and clean lovely big bathroom too The swimming pool and jacuzzi was perfect and very clean too. Breakfast had a good selection. And I would fully recommend staying here if I’m the area as for the rate it was compared to other hotels near gatwick airport it really was a real find and I’d certainly stay here again Plenty of car parking which is free so that adds no extra cost overnight This is a real find and perfect for anyone that needs access to gatwick airport at lower costs than hotels near the airport.

Great price, and feels up to date, fresh and well laid out. Room was large, clean and well appointed, with USB sockets, wireless charging, large bed, good bathroom too.

On arrival there was lots of free parking available on property which was great. The receptionist on arrival was so pleasant and helpful. I sadly don't have her name but I know she was ex BA crew and she was just amazing. She ensured my room was in a quiet location with a nice view of the fields. The decor was simple but the rooms were really spacious which was brilliant. The rooms were clean and the whole place seemed spotless. They had a small gym which was ideal for me. They also had a pool/sauna/steam etc but it never seemed to be switched on at the right times so sadly I didn't get to enjoy this really. The breakfast which was included was amazing. As were the friendly staff who served you. Most of the staff here were welcoming and polite. They were a couple I encountered who weren't as nice but it seems every business has the odd member of staff who isn't ideal for customer facing roles. As a whole though I really loved this place. My room was quiet, spacious and clean, what more could I ask for. The onsite gym and spa facilities an added bonus. As was the included breakfast which had a good selection and was served by the nicest people, it was a man and a lady. Again I sadly do not have the names but everyday they had a smile for everybody. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family, friends and colleagues. Thank you to all those who made it a such a lovely stay.

It's a functional well presented hotel with good ambience and amenities.

Nice property, had a restaurant on site and parking. However check out was at 9.30am despite ******* showing 11. I would not have booked if I knew checkout was so early.

Booked our overnight stay before an early flight from Gatwick. My husband emailed the hotel in advance to enquire about dinner at the restaurant. He was informed that meals will be available but only to find out when we arrived that the restaurant was close. The only food available was from the bar which had limited options. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly since the bin has not been emptied. Apart from these, the hotel’s location is convenient to what we need.

Very nice location peaceful and away from town, clean and fresh, staff very good. Bed comfy and room large and very modern, great shower.

Beautiful surroundings, rooms spacious and clean, friendly staff, very quiet and restful atmosphere. A good buffet breakfast, and free tea and coffee all day. And the rates were very reasonable. Only one slight drawback: the evening meal options were very limited. But I would definitely recommend it.

Very remote not much there , is a conference center not a hotel - staff are very good
