1 booked this hotel from Yatra for 2 days for 7k. Visited the hotel around 9-9.30 and requested for a room but the Hotel reception is denied early check-in. Must say Hotel is big but their standard is small. I have told them that I am a revisiting customer accompanying my wife today who is a doctor on a posting in Ganga Hospital. Further told them that my friend is staying with you for 2 weeks. Reception staff simply ignored they seem to oblige only if I do direct reservation or pay extra 2k for 2 hrs. I asked them to connect me with ***ager, they instead connected me to their immediate supervisor. The staff here is willing to give the room for direct reservation but not to the guest coming with a booking from yatra/ MMT etc. I have seen few customer checking out in front of me and when I pointed them they said house keeping hasn't come yet and it will take time for them to clean. I have even requested to give them temporary room for 10 mins so I could take shower and go to the hospital. They did not oblige. Been to ***y hotels of same and higher star. They always oblige for early checkin and upgrade if it's available. Also, in my experience room cleaning takes 15 mins. I waited at the reception for an hour in anticipation of getting the room. Room needs little overhauls. Bathroom flush do not work properly. Hair dryer, room slipper missing

This hotel has class and character,.thanks to the GM of this property Mr.Milton.He has a great bunch of well trained staff with great customer service skills.starting from the concierge,front office ,dining room and the housekeeping. My family and I stayed for 3 nights here and we cannot praise enough the level of service we enjoyed.the dining room staff ***aged by Karthik were spot on, esp the young lady Govardhini who was so attentive. We found the rooms very airy and clean with great room service.something you should not miss here in the Sunday buffet lunch.it’s Huge .it must very popular with the locals. It’s a pity they don’t have much room to grow into a 5 star property.,but satisfaction Guaranteed at this boutique hotel. Thank you Milton and Co for making our stay very pleasant and memorable.hope to visit again for sure

It was a great experience staying at this hotel. A pleasant surprise to find such a good property in a calm residential area, not too far from the business areas. Our preference was to stay at a place from where it is easier to visit Isha Foundation and get back, and also were looking for a place closer to Bangalore highway. This hotel RS Puram turned out to be a very good choice. The staff helped us to find a good cab for our commute between hotel and the Isha foundation. The in-house vegetarian restaurant had some awesome food. Parking in ba*****t was convenient and safe. We left all our luggage except essential stuff in the car as our stay was only for a day. The security guard assured us complete safety. In short, an awesome place to stay

This is my second visit to Hotel IKON Coimbatore. My earlier visit was with my family in December 2021 and my current visit was work related. On both occasions, the stay was very pleasant, comfortable and memorable. The rooms are well designed with modern fittings. The complimentary buffet breakfast has a reasonably good spread, and the food is tasty. The location of the hotel in the heart of the city is a big plus point.The staff of the hotel are very courteous and professional, and they have been putting in their best efforts to make the guests feel comfortable. My thanks to Ms.Akila for helping with the cab booking for my travel within Coimbatore. She was very patient while handling last minute changes, and she ensured that the cabs arrived on time. Her dedication is very much appreciated. I would also like to thank Mr. Aravind, Mr.***ikandan and Ms.Akila for helping me with the booking process. In spite of requesting a room at short notice, they were able to cater to my personal preferences. And my thanks to the all the other staff members whose names I cannot recollect but whose contribution was equally important in order to ensure customer satisfaction. The building houses two restaurants - Annapoorna and Kove. While Annapoorna is a famous vegetarian restaurant in Coimbatore which serves south and north Indian food, Kove offers multi-cuisine vegetarian fine dining options. Overall IKON is a great place to stay for family as well as business travellers, I would who***eartedly recommend this hotel to others.
