Hotel Las Palmas

I payed reservations on ******* weeks prior, it was for one night for me and my 16 year old son before heading back to USA since our vacation was in Granada Nicaragua which by the way was half the price and triple times better than this hotel.. we had to pay again here, I cried because I was stuck in this s**t hole hotel and I had to pay again.. even after i showed them i payed from the app.. with receipt and everything, we had a very long day and I thought I was going to come here and enjoy my last day of vacation and relax in CR .. what they gave me is a crappy room by reception desk and next by restaurant so all night there were kids, music, pulling tables, chairs until 2-3 in the morning but also the traffic and people on the street ....and some critter almost got in my suitcase .. helllll noooo Ooooh.. and the mattress.. The sheet kept pulling and I was in a smelly mattress full of stains.. Then they said dinner was included but after we ate we were charged for dinner saying what we paid for was lunch the next day... what? Check out is at 11, why would you pay for lunch??? I never got to see the pool because by the time I got the room I was exhausted but seeing the other reviews I'll skip it.. you've been warned ⚠️!! I was charged $184.46 dollars in 16 hrs of nastiness..

Disgusting!! Bathroom smelled like chemicals. I called twice to let them know that I had transportation problems and could not check in on the 18 or 19. When I got there on the 20th they said they couldn’t find my reservation and had to ask a English-speaking guest to translate for me. They said they still couldn’t find my reservation even though I booked it through Orbitz. I called Orbitz while they were looking for my reservation. Orbitz would said they would email them My receipt but this hotel was trying to charge me again for a room even though I had already paid online. A few minutes after I talk to orbitz they said they found my reservation and escorted me to my room which is located just off the reception area and bar. The room smelled terrible. The bathroom was disgusting. The bed had the most uncomfortable mattress ever! There were people outside the room at the restaurant until 2 AM and I could not sleep at all. There was music blasting all night and I decided to cancel my reservation and go elsewhere. Do not stay here it’s disgusting. Save your money.

They made me pay again.. $61.74 because they said they had no record of my reservation for me and my son... my brother was supposed to come back to USA but he missed his flight.. so he called me to come and stay too.. i was charged $30.74 for him.. for the same room with one twin bed and bunk bed.. . I payed extra because I was paying for two meals they said, and that ii had included two meals also but when we ate dinner my brothers stayed behind to buy waters and they charged him another $30.. we complained but they said i had to ralk to the other girl that wasn't there.. not only i speny $184 but the room was dirty, there were bugs. The mattress was stained and smelly.. the staff didn't care to be at least helpful or courteous.. they just didn't care.. without eorking cellphone and super expensive taxis we had no choice but to stay there the night.. terrible terrible

I made a reservation online and had a confirmation, but when I arrived they said that they had no more rooms and someone must have overbooked. They were extremely unhelpful and my friend and I had to frantically find a new place to stay. Very unimpressive. Also, they said they would refund me and it still has not gone through.
