Really really enjoyed this stay in Cochem. The hotel is directly on the Mosel so the views are incredible. We chose a room with a balcony overlooking the Mosel - this was an excellent choice! Only a short walk over the bridge into Cochem centre. The staff were really friendly and breakfast was tasty. We would definitely recommend!

Hermoso lugar, atención excelente 👌 comidariquísima 🍺 y el vino de la casa expectacular 🍷bufett por las mañanas habitaciones con vista espectacular limpio hablan inglés y varios idiomas que ayuda mucho muy serviciales, atentos , el lugar es hermoso como cuento tiene renta de 🛵🛴motos eléctricas 🏰

We hebben dit restaurant op een weekdag in oktober bezocht. Er was plaats op het terras, met beendekentjes en sfeerverlichting. Vriendelijke en rustige bediening, we aten lekkere schnitzel's met genoeg garnituur en op vraag gebakken aardappelen en mayonaise zonder meerkosten. Kortom lekker en aangenaam.

Wir waren viele Jahre hier mit unserem Oldtimer zu Gast. Es hat sich außer den Preisen und neue Türschloss nix getan. Fernsehen nur 3 Sender. Garagenpreis um 25% zum Jahr 2022 gestiegen. Nun für 12 50€ je Nacht. Dafür ist sie zugestellt. Zimmer zum Hof (Parklärm und darunter die Raucherecke vom Personal) nennt sich jetzt Komfortzimmer für 137,50€ je Nacht zusammen 150€ je Nacht. (2022 kam das 130€ zusammen) Die 20€ meht ist Luxusaufschlag??? Fenster kann man nur öffnen wenn man schwerhörig ist. Das Frühstück von Discounter. Auf die Beschwerde mit dem Fernseher kam die Antwort, "Sie können wenn Sie wollen abreisen, wir überweisen Ihnen das Geld zurück". Das war der "Hammer" denn ehe das Zimmer bezogen werden konnte, musste alles komplett bezahlt werden. Wir werden nun nach über 10 Jahren unsere Buchungen in Cochem streichen. Service ist unbekannt, früh muss man das Personal grüßen und Kantinenfrühstück. Kaffeetasse ohne Untertasse! Wer es mag = wir nicht. Der gesamte Ort ist mit all seinen Angeboten stehen geblieben. Da kann man den Untergang beobachten.

Unser Zimmer im Nebengebäude war gut und gross- auch das Bad. Der Blick ging allerdings direkt auf die Strasse. Frühstück ok und mit Moselblick, aber der Raum war eiskalt. Das Personal ist nicht gross um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht und alles wirkt sehr unpersönlich und lieblos. Auf unserer Deutschlandreise war dieses Hotel diesbezüglich eindeutig am schlechtesten, so dass wir hier nicht nochmals buchen würden.
