There is no water heater to make hot drinks available. There is no wifi connection even though there is a wifi logo and the password is given. Front desk staff friendly, Parking staff are also friendly and helpful. Parking is available for guests. Room cleanliness is not very satisfactory

Basically, first and last time going to this hotel. For a price of almost one million, the rooms are like boarding houses. The sheets are not clean enough, the pillows look like they haven't been updated for years.

Stategis hotel for travaling..good rooms...big and cleans rooms,,all staff ver very humble..if will go to bandung again..i will back to hotel promenade bandung..thank you for excelent service...experience fun
