Room was dirty/uncleaned. It looked as though the bathroom had not been fully cleaned in quite some time (hair,etc. in the shower, splatter/stains all inside the toilet, residue left around the sink). The office chair at the small desk was covered in stains, and the mini fridge has maybe never been cleaned. There is no microwave in the room. The bed was passable in terms of comfort but the sheets/duvet cover was like sleeping under a piece of tissue paper.
The room itself was quiet, and the A/C, TV and hot water all worked fine. All things considered, the Georgetown Lodge was not worth the price.

We were to stay two night but ended up only staying one. There were dogs in the room above us and next to us. Any time we went to the bathroom or talked to loud they would bark even in the middle of the night. The walls were very thin.There was something in the room that really affected our sinuses. Everyone that worked there was very nice.

One night stop over on way to Frsco. Room was dirty. My wife wouldn't get between the sheets, slept on the bedspread. Only contact with staff was at front desk when i asked for water, which they didn't have.it

The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.The rooms were nice.
The king bed was not comfortable. The staff did offer to move me and even help with the move. They did say the queen beds are softer.
The walls are "thin" - I could hear conversations in other rooms as well as other noises. Don't count on the breakfast. They didn't have much of anything there.

The room was a non smoking room but had a musty odor and the smell of some sort of incense to cover it up. It was very difficult to breathe or sleep as the smell was extremely overwhelming. The location was great and easy to get on/off the freeway.

Our room had no water cups, light bulb out in the bathroom, no complimentary coffee, headboard dusty and the pillows had a funny odor. Continental breakfast came with the room. However, they were out of muffins, yogurt, no milk, no cereal and the coffee wasn’t good. We were. We were very disappointed with our stay.

Lots of cigarette butts and trash around my room entry, people above me smoking filling my room with the smell. I recently quit smoking so I get it, but there should be designated area away from the rooms. I always used to walk far away from areas that would bother people with my smoke but this was not the case here. The toilet ran all night which is a bit annoying but given the age of this place i understand it could be expensive to keep up on the "small" thing that would annoy the ever living crap out of soft sleeper....other than that the bed was comfy and for the price it was an okay place to crash for the night.

The staff was very kind and helpful but my room smelled like smoke and there was black grime in the tub of the shower. And the drain in the tub was clogged so I couldn’t/didn’t take a shower. The beds were clean and nice though. I just wish I would’ve known that the room smelled like smoke. I couldn’t sleep and woke with a grimy coating in my mouth and a slight sore throat.
