Super 8 by Wyndham Clarksville AR

Terrible service, won’t be wasting my money here anymore! I’d rather stay in nearby and drive 20 min to work everyday. And I guess having upgrades for rooms in your Wyndham rewards is a joke because they don’t wanna give out to you because they are saving the rooms on the bottom floor for disabled people but if you pay extra they will give you one!! I am disabled but they still wanted me to pay extra so they put me upstairs because 1. That’s bull and 2. Why am I booking everything through Wyndham if the hotels aren’t gonna honor the membership levels. I usually stay weeks at a time for work and they never clean your room. Or change out your towels I weld everyday so I’m usually pretty dirty so you end up having to reuse really dirty towels if you don’t have your own like me. Trash ends up overflowing into the floor. Owners can be really rude at times

Poor service..linen and towels never changed in 2 week stay bfkst was questionable as well...staff made no effort to repair the heating and air fir almost 2 days then when owner returned..he fixed it right away

Check in was bad, didnt know how. Made us take smoking rooms when they were not nearly full. Stated there was breakfast, but at 8am doors were locked. Will not go back

Good Super 8, nice location right by I-40. Loads of eating places within walking distance room 107 Nice big clean room, super fast Wi-Fi 100-120Meg , impressed Very large comfortable bed enjoyed a good nights sleep Good hot shower with high water pressure. Good TV with loads of channels available Gets my vote and stay here again "

The fellow at the desk was super. Really good vibe. On the downside the fan in the bathroom was quite loud.

One of the best stays I've ever had! Manager was very accommodating and helpful in giving advice on what to do around the area as there are a lot of nature activities. Room was clean, updated, and comfortable. No issues here and would absolutely stay here again when we pass through the area on our next trip!

The stay was ok. Upon checking in, the front desk clerk was very young and lacked experience. We had our reservation/conformation info but never asked to see it. Then was asked for my license and credit card (which is standard), however she ran the credit card for payment WITHOUT even telling the amount, nor was I given a receipt until I asked how much was charged and can I have a receipt, that's when I noticed an extra charge. She could not explain what the extra charge was for. She said she would talk to the manager. We were ok with that. The day we checked out I contacted my credit card to see if any other charges had been made, and sure enough there was, the owner told me it was just a hold and it should be reversed in 3 days. Ok, we understand that. When I asked the owner why the charge for the stay was a higher amount than my booked/confirmed reservation he stated "if you would have paid in cash you would not have been charged a credit card processing fee" an then proceeded to say its posted on the wall. Yes, on the wall it ONLY says processing fee, it DOES NOT say for credit cards. If we would have know that we would have paid cash. Nonetheless, some people may think what's the big deal over a few dollars, in this situation is more of the principle of not being forthright ESPECIALLY when your messing with other people's money. The room was ok, the bed was uncomfortable and pillows were terrible. The shower was hot and the room relatively clean. If back in this area again we will not choose to stay here.

This was supposed to be the first stop on my honeymoon. After driving 7 hours, I arrived and was told I could not be checked in. The lady at the front desk was locked out of the system, and the manager would not answer the phone to provide further instructions. I was told "There is literally nothing I can do - I can not check you in until the manager replies". We waited in the parking lot and just decided to drive to another hotel. The location was also not as promising as pictures made it seem... Definitely would never reconsider.

The staff is very nice and were very helpful when I needed to change rooms but the rooms need updating
