I thought overall the property was beautiful, but some dingy spots. Furniture in the room was a little dirty. Game room furniture also dirty. My wife and I both became ill and the only thing we can trace it too was the courtesy breakfast so that is a concern of ours on this visit.

NOT SO GOOD ARRIVED AT 11PM
MUSIC WAS LOUD
AND COULD BE HEARD THROUGH OUT THE NIGHT UNTIL 3AM.
BREAKFAST WAS OK

The room was clean and very welcoming with nice housekeeping staff. I had surgery during my stay and the staff were very accommodating with my food and hygiene needs. I will be staying there again!

Room coffee maker was broken. When reported issue was told a staff member will stop by and replace it with another including extra towels that I asked for the day before. STILL WAITING!!

This hotel is amazing. It’s like a mini-inclusive resort. It has an indoor pool which has warm water, a game room with a pool table, a bar with nightly schedule like karaoke and live music, a restaurant with delicious buffet. A tour bus comes daily to the hotel for about $8 dólares you go on a 3 hour trip through the city, highly recommend. The staff at the hotel is amazing. The mall is across the street and lots of options for food. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family. Close to consulate, medical office and CAS
