The hotel is very old, and the facilities can be maintained just a little old. The breakfast is very simple, the transportation is very convenient, just beside the highway, there are many shops around. It is totally different from Hyatt on the domestic tall, safe and practical.

Love the stay!!! Specially the fact that I was able to bring my pet with me, the staff is very friendly and charming. The breakfast is great, can’t complain, I came with my family and they were happy. I am definitely coming back and will book here
The plane arrived at Piedmont Airport at 9 pm. The airport was small and was already half closed. When I came out of the airport, I called the airport TAXI and went to the hotel. It was about 10 minutes away. In fact, there were several hotels in the surrounding area. The lobby of this type of budget hotel is not large. A beautiful black lady received us at the front desk. When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the layout of the room. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast is not bad, there is even a small box of milk here, use the microwave to heat it up a bit, if you are not used to coffee, drink this slightly. In short, it is very good, if the price is lower, it is better

欣欣甜甜It is not recommended that you visit Greensboro. There is nothing in the broken place ... and this place is a place for black people. Usually, 9 black people and 1 white people are basically 10 people. Shootings occur every day.
This hotel is also small and old, just like home. . Anyway, American hotel chains are like this. .
LLuca WorldTravelerBrand new hotel right in Greensboro downtown, can explore the historical area on foot. Large room, good breakfast. Nice gym. During my stay I was charged on my credit card something not supposed to be charged and without my previous approval and signature, this is not professional at all. Luckily I saw my credit card statement before to leave the hotel so I complained…watch out for unauthorized charges!!!
MMyreviewscount2The exterior of the La Quinta in Greensboro looked fine, and the entrance was welcoming enough. However, the experience went downhill quickly. After a long day of driving, we were met by a front desk clerk who was far from pleasant. Our room was a handicapped room at the end of the hall, which seemed like it would be quiet, but that was not the case. Upon entering the room, the peephole fell apart, leaving a hole in the door. The refrigerator didn’t work, and there were no basic amenities like soap or shampoo. The worst part was the constant noise from the door to the outside slamming shut all night. When we shared our concerns with the staff at checkout, they were indifferent and offered no solution. This was one of the most disappointing stays we’ve had, and we won’t be staying here again.
No drawers in the King Suite to put my clothes. No black-out curtains in the bedroom of my suite. Built in speakers did not work. No comforter on bed. Just a thin un-decorative blanket on bed. Did not receive any maid service for my entire 2 night visit. Apparently maid service is every other day. Definitely 3 star which makes $355 per night overpriced dispite the location and square footage of the (Presidential) King Suite in my opinion. I did enjoy the great view and the massive square footage. But it’s “the small things” as mentioned above that matters. It was to cold and rainy to enjoy the large balcony.Self parking was great but comes at an additional cost. No valet parking available. I was not aware of no valet parking until check-in.
Hi folks, Wanted to send a little recognition note to John and the staff at the Four Points! John personally went above and beyond to help our family deal with some logistics we had to manage during our stay last week during the soccer playoffs. John contacted us off hours and was available via mobile when we had any queries. It was a tremendous help & calmed a few nerves for us. To top it off, of course, our daughter managed to leave behind her AirPods in the room and didn’t realize until late in the day. Your staff recovered the AirPods and had them safe and sound in the lost and found bucket with our room number and date of stay labeled with them. I hope people say thank you enough. I’m not sure they do. But these little experiences are memories and John and team made them positive. Our son is attending HPU now and we’ll be recommending your hotel and these little experiences to anyone who asks. John and team, THANK YOU. Mark
GGuest UserRoom service was listed as an option on the in room TV guide, however, when we called for room service we were told they did not offer it.
The pool temp was cold. The pool deck and steps were VERY slippery.
The room was clean. The check in staff and evening reception staff were very nice. However, lines were very long due to there only being one of them.
GGuest UserWe just stayed overnight for a short time on our way to Charlotte. Room was nice and clean and it even smelled nice. Lots of places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. Didn't see whether or not they had breakfast since we were hopping back on the road the next morning. Friendly staff
Just to get away and enjoy a weekend and concert, this was a quiet, clean place to stay at a very affordable nightly rate. The location was convenient to shopping and dining. The staff was very friendly. They were remodeling inside and out during our stay and there was not any disturbing noises from that nor loud guests. I originally booked two nights and we liked it so well we decided to stay a third night! I recommend this location to anyone who values all this and more. They do not have a hot breakfast but there are so many choices nearby to choose from and there are numerous places that offer delivery and do so quickly. This was a very enjoyable stay and experience.
GGuest UserI was here in the Greensboro area for job interviews, due to a great prospect and wanting me to do additional face to face interviews I had to extend my stay an additional 3 days, this put me at 08 days at the hotel. One of the hotel staff came to my room and informed me that if I was planning to stay any longer that I would have to vacate the hotel for 72 hours then I would be welcome to stay up to an additional 6 days, then I would have to check out for 72 hours once again. I asked what the reason for it was and they said it was company policy, that they are doing this because they don't want people living out of the hotel. I wish I had known this before booking the additional 3 days because I wouldn't have stayed there. They are advertising that the price of the room includes Free Breakfast, totally untrue they have had ample time to remove this statement. The reason why they are not offering breakfast is due to the Covid 19 pandemic, correct me if I'm wrong but the pandemic is over two years old.
