This is still an unfinished hotel that isn't fully functional yet they are still renting rooms to guests. - No hot water. That's right, no hot water. It was reported first thing in the morning and it's evening now yet still not functioning. - Housekeeping didn't show up. I had to go to the front desk and wait to find someone to inform. - The room phone is dead. It may as well have been a prop. - supplies are sp**** including towels, soaps, coffee - The room climate control blows right on top of the beds. Directly. No ability to aim. I had to set up a pile of pillows so I don't freeze. - front desk has no answers to anything including when we can expect hot water. She said that they'd get someone this morning. They're saying the same now in the early EVENING. - they don't even make an offer to compensate for the miserable stay.

This property has potential under the right management. As it stands it is a tired and disappointing place to stay. -Convenient location but not the best area so clientele can vary depending on day of week. -Breakfast "voucher" system is not well implemented and there is no signage explaining charge. Prepare to listen to multiple customers complaining to an exasperated server any given day of the week. Benny and the lady are great (not their fault). -Front desk personnel will flat out lie and place false charges on account. -Only seen a housekeeper once in over fifteen stays... rather worrisome.

There is NO housekeeping at this hotel. This is not acceptable for a 4 night stay. They don’t tell you when you check in. So if you stay there, bring yourself a vacuum, trash bags and some clean towels. Bar/Restaurant was closed due to lack of staff. Trash cans in all of the common areas were overflowing due to unfortunate guests cleaning the trash from their rooms. This place is beyond nasty!!

Hotel had a poor breakfast buffet and it did not have a pool which was advertised and the room was dirty will not go here again the bathroom was ok but the floor was filthy ,houservices only happened every three days
