We recently stayed at Sensitive Premium Resort and Spa in Antalya, and unfortunately, our experience was underwhelming. Starting with the positives, the hotel was clean upon arrival, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, our room was generally nice and spacious, and the sea view balcony we paid for was a highlight—it was lovely to sit out and enjoy a drink with the view. The biggest disappointment was the pool. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool, which ended up being closed and taped off. The water was a murky brown-green color with litter floating in it, which was extremely off-putting. This closure was not communicated to us at all, and it was not mentioned or advertised anywhere beforehand. Whether the hotel communicated this to the travel agents or not is irrelevant—if the customer does not know, they cannot make an informed decision on where to stay. Had we known the pool would be closed, we would not have booked this hotel. Another factor in choosing this hotel was the fact it listed having a gym, as I wanted to maintain my fitness routine during the holiday. However, the gym facilities were extremely disappointing and looked nothing like what was advertised in the pictures. The equipment looked rundown, worn, and old, which deterred me from using the gym altogether. The food was disappointing. While some dishes were labeled, many were not, leaving us guessing about what we were eating. The lids on the food were often left open, causing the dishes to get cold and even attracting flies. The location of the hotel is very isolated, with little to do nearby except for a 10-minute walk to the beach. In the last day we did discover a marketplace with a good number of shops about a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel, which was a nice surprise. However, there were no bars or nightlife options within walking distance, and the hotel itself lacked activities or entertainment. We found ourselves moving between our room, the balcony, and the downstairs bar just for a change of scenery, which grew tiresome. If you want to explore or find something to do, you’ll need to budget for taxis to get to the nearest town. Our room, while spacious and generally okay, did have several issues. The wallpaper was peeling off in places, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the shower temperature fluctuated unpredictably—going from warm to scalding hot to freezing cold, which could be dangerous, especially for children. The bathroom floor also became very slippery when wet. Additionally, the walls were extremely thin, so you could easily hear people talking, watching TV, or listening to music. Even if they weren’t being overly noisy, the thin walls made it difficult to sleep if others stayed up late. Finally, the cleanliness of some items was questionable. On a few occasions, the tea cups we had used I rinsed and left on the side for the cleaner to replace and they were simply put back for reuse, even

The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard. Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.

Spacious Rooms: The rooms are adequately sized, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring. 3. Friendly Staff: The hotel staff is amiable and willing to assist guests with any concerns or requests, although their English proficiency could be improved. 4. Complimentary Access to Land of Legends: Guests can enjoy free access to the Land of Legends theme park. 5. Poolside Drink Service: A convenient service allows guests to have drinks delivered to their sunbeds while lounging by the pool. **Negatives:** 1. Food Variety: As an all-inclusive hotel, the food selection can become repetitive over time. The quality of meat dishes could also be improved, as they often seemed overcooked and lukewarm. Additionally, drink service and table clearing were slow, likely due to insufficient staffing. 2. Inconsistent Housekeeping: Housekeeping services were not always thorough, with glasses left uncleaned and work surfaces not wiped down daily. 3. Communication: The hotel could benefit from improved communication with guests. For instance, joining a WhatsApp group for updates proved futile, as no notifications were received. For example, we were never informed that we didn't need to bring towels to the Land of Legends, as they are provided for Rixos customers. 4. Heated Pool: Contrary to expectations, the heated pool was uncomfortably cold, which was a real disappointment, as one of the hotel's main attractions was the heated pool. **Tips:** 1. Transportation: Guests can take a taxi to Belek for €10 or catch a bus from outside the hotel for just €1. The bus runs every half hour until 10 pm, making it a convenient option for exploring the area. 2. Belek Market: On Saturdays, a lively market takes place near the central Belek mosque, offering a unique shopping experience with various goods on sale. Overall, Rixos Park provides a pleasant stay for guests seeking a vacation in Belek, Turkey. However, certain areas could be improved to elevate the guest experience. There are definitely better hotels in the area.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for a week from 18/11/2024, having booked two rooms. We are a family of 4, my partner and I plus two grown up sons. From our arrival the service was fantastic, very friendly staff who were professional and quick with our check in, soon we were quickly shuttled to our lovely room. The room was big and spacious, with a great layout, it seemed a lot of thought was put into the design, even the bedding was the best I have come across abroad. This was our 14th visit to Turkey and we have stayed at some great 5* hotels, but we all agreed this was one of the best, we generally do not return to the same hotel but with this hotel we will definitely make an exception. Throughout our stay we had daily updates via WhatsApp from Voyage Assistants Sarvenaz & Faig, any queries or questions were responded to literally in seconds. Both Sarvenaz & Faig were amazing and helped make our stay special and we can’t thank them enough. The food was amazing, we ate in the buffet restaurant the whole time, the food choice and quality was so good that we did not want to risk upgrading to an Ala Carte and be let down. The only negatives we could say was that the restaurant could do with heated plates, we found the plates to be so cold that despite putting hot food on them, by the time you got back to your table the food was barely warm. There were a few heated plate dispensers, the plates in them were barely luke warm, if they were turned on. Most nights and morning they were off. This is something management needs to address in the cooler months, it is such a shame when they put so much work into everything else being perfect. We did take a taxi into the town 7 Euros each way, walking is about 25 minutes. But we found the shops to be very expensive, in some cases 2 times or more expensive than other resorts such as Lara Beach, Antalya, Side, Fethiye etc. We'd highly recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed. The hotel grounds are beautiful and peaceful, all the building interiors are very tastefully decorated. The food not only looks great but also tastes great, the whole place oozes class. We will most definitely return to this hotel in the new year.

For families, the children’s facilities and activities are outstanding. Our kids loved the kids’ club, water park, and children’s pool and were always entertained. The thoughtfully designed activities made it easy for us as parents to relax, knowing the kids were in great hands and having the time of their lives. Service at Maxx Royal is in a league of its own. Every staff member was attentive and went out of their way to ensure we felt cared for. A special thank you to our personal assistants, Ufuk and Arda, whose efforts made everything seamless for us. We also want to extend our gratitude to Ersin Budak for his more than lovely and attentive service by the kids pool and to Emregül Önder for making our dining experiences feel so warm and welcoming. Maxx Royal sets a new standard for luxury family vacations.
