Good location right on the beach. But the beach has a lot of garbage, clean rooms, good service maids But the breakfast is not delicious at all, not a variety, less fruit, less salad, only two dishes. Stir-fried Vegetables with Bitter Gourd Soup no yogurt There is not a single mother's cake. There are only fake sweets on display. No wholewheat toast, room rates are quite expensive.
We stayed for three nights at the Tide at the end of October/beginning of November 2022. Very pleasant staff at the door and desk. We got in the last spa treatment before the spa closed (we're guessing for a renovation). Nothing on their website mentioned the closing, however. As we had just arrived from the US, it was perfect. The little cafe, was really fantastic, a neat surf beach vibe, staff and seating area decorated appropriately scary for Halloween, with special menu. Breakfast buffet, in the Fusion Restaurant, was excellent, with chefs ready to cook your eggs to order. You can sit outside in the very pleasant courtyard. Although we were in a very nice location, the room and bath definitely showed their age, and need a complete update. Serious lack of hooks storage, and power plugs. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work, but they came to fix it right away. The swimming pool was great, an oasis from the busy street. There was no response from the hotel on email before our stay, but everything was very pleasant.
The hotel is opposite Burapha University. Located in an alley but not deep Walk in for a while to The alley is not lonely. There is a security guard in front of the building. You need to use a key card when entering and exiting the building. There is a staff to pick up check-in - check-out, but not 24 hours (2pm, no one is already). The hotel looks in the picture may be dark. But the actual place is not that dark and looks so scary. No hair dryer and iron provided. And there are few power sockets But overall it is ok Cool air-conditioned room The hotel staff recommends places to travel as well. P.S. Walk out of the alley, there are seven as well. But walk a little far Can order delivery Come to eat in the room
The accommodation is clean, the room is big and very comfortable. There is a parking lot. It's a short walk to the beach. The uncle and aunt are very kind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Accommodation away from the beach. Suitable for people who like peace. But excellent design Inside the bedroom, well decorated, good items, clean, very good breakfast. Come as a set But give a lot, good restaurant, coffee shop, the better, the shop is cute, the coffee is fragrant, the atmosphere is good, the dog of the resort is very welcoming ^^
The room is OK, that is, there is no drinking water to drink. If I can provide two bottles of drinking water, then I can definitely give five-star praise. Breakfast is also general, there is no staple food, and there is self-service.
The hotel is in a good location. The beach is only separated by a road.
The room condition is okay, the air conditioner is cold, the water is moderately strong, but the location
The shower is installed too high and is in a niche, making it inconvenient.
Breakfast was ok.
A convenience store is about 300 meters away.
The hotel is told that it is still very new. According to the conversation with the staff at the reception, he said it was only 5 months in progress. The frontage looks tight. Including the type of budget accommodation. For standard facilities, it is complete. Except the absence of a dense area. There was only a small table containing snacks and drinks (only available for breakfast) near the reception desk in his small lobby. So there's no such a restaurant here. Then what's a heavy homework is the location that is not across the main road (about 500 meters into the tsunami complex), so transportation is a barrier, not to mention the content of the stomach. If morning until afternoon there are no shops or a walking street around. Except the mini market in front. If you want to eat at the retreat, you don't want to have to order a taxi (it's quite a long wait. Notice the location is quite far from the crowd). If it's okay at night, because across the hotel there is a nice cafe for a drink or a night party. That's all.

GGuest UserThe rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable. Got to use the onsen for free. This place has everything. There is a fitness center, swimming pool, mini-mart in the hotel, and fresh coffee. The breakfast is very delicious. Japanese food is very tasty and reasonably priced. Will definitely come back to stay again. It is a very good hotel. The staff provide the best service. Call from the room and ask for anything additional, bring it immediately. 10/10
JJohnny EuroWe are a mixed couple (Chinese and UK).
The reception staff were very friendly upon check in. Our room was clean and modern. They provide water, shampoo, soap, body wash and a fridge, slippers, bath robe and a safe.
Location - the hotel is located a 10 min walk to the Park Market and Toshin Market and a 20 minutes walk to the fish market. It's about a 20 minutes walk to the beach. There's some little shops around the hotel, but be careful on the little back roads due to fast cars.
Breakfast - You have to make your breakfast selections on Check in, so you have to know in advance what you wish to eat and drink in the future. The coffee is nice, but the food is just a microwave wrap. It's fine for a breakfast.
The first night at the hotel was good, and we got a decent sleep. The second night, we arrived back, and there was a loud game of Mahjong or poker going on next door. The problem is, they put us in a room with a (locked) adjoining door. The door is not sound or light proof. This meant we could hear every word and clink of the ******** chips and had light shining in during the night. We said to reception, but this kept going on. It really puzzles me why they put us into an adjoining room. The next morning, the next door was open, and I saw it's a room without beds, so perhaps designed just as a games room (see last picture). It definitely made me a bit wary that if one of the players had a key, they could open the adjoining door to our room. Definitely avoid the rooms ending in 09 or 10 if you want to guarantee a good sleep. This isn't the fault of the lovely workers. it's a design problem/owners issue.
AArpakornThe room is 30 sq m for 1-2 people, but I stayed alone. The hotel is near the market, food, and the road to the beach. There are no checkpoints after drinking and driving to the hotel. I feel comfortable. This is my second time staying here. I am satisfied. It is clean and tidy. There is a spacious parking lot. The price is not expensive. There is breakfast when booking through trip.com (There are some places that are not spotlessly clean, but it is still acceptable. It is not ugly). If I have a chance to come again, I will probably book this hotel again. ❤️
MMaksimThe pool was perfect, clean and comfortable. I would recommend to add a small sauna near by the pool. The room is clean and new, has a nice view. An electric kettle and water is available, hot water and tea at the reception. Whole area of the house is new, clean and beautiful. I liked the swings. We used taxi and drivers always knew the exact building for drop off. Although I didn't have much options for breakfast. The porridge and soup I didn't want, neither fried egg. So only toasts with butter and jam left for me. I would really love to have usual sausages or ham for breakfast with the toasts. All other things were satisfying. My husband is really happy about everything there (especially about his double portion of shrimp soup which I left for him).
GGuest UserThe price is reasonable. The location is next to the main road and there is a motorcycle taxi next to the hotel. So it’s very convenient to travel to another place. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is clean. I stay there for one night and everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserCosy small hotel. The staff are very friendly but most can’t understand English. The breakfast is decent, however it is not shown on the website. Got my agent to book get the breakfast. They got a mini golf putting area, where you can get the equipment from the counter. The location is a little off from the gps thus a little hard to find.
SSuchanaree NThis is the best hotel in Bangsaen for service, I had a talk with an expat operations executive coming to ask if I needed anything, and the security guard escorting us to our rooms was very helpful. Also FB is great, everything is delicious in breakfast line. Though the room is quite old and dated but understandable given it's the first hotel in the city. But there were some bird poop (I guess) on the balcony which was quite disgusting, I tried to understand that the hotel was closed for sometime during Covid (given some areas are under renovation and maintenance) so might still not be 100% open with 100% of manpower yet. Also the landscape was quite messy. Anyway, cleanliness is an important key as well, hope it will get better on my next stay! PS. I think there are better choices with this price.
SSandy1031A rather pleasant place to stay in Bang Saen. We stayed in the One bedroom apartment for 3 nights and the 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights with relatives. Both apartments are very nice, and clean, but very basic. They are both situated in a 6 story block located at the extreme end of the beach road. The views from the apartment are stunning, looking out over the long narrow fisherman's wharf. So easy to sit by the picture window and watch the world go by. The only problem with the location is that no local transport goes up or down to the hotel, although, the hotel does have a shuttle service to take customers to anywhere local, but you need a local phone to call him back. The breakfast is very limited, in fact, almost non existent, but there are several 7/11 shops nearby and a laundromat just 2 minutes walk away. All in all, not a bad place to stay, and the staff were very friendly. Sandy Stirling.
