The room has no air conditioner, we turned on the fan to breathe for five nights. The carpet was very dirty. Lack of shampoo, body wash, hand wash & lotion. All of them were not ready when we stayed in. Some of the items were empty. I couldn't agree that is a 4-star hotel. Except for those negative comments, the staff were very kind and helpful, we are a family with two little kids, and preferred to change a room with a bathtub. Staff arranged for us to change rooms on the next day. I do appreciate their kind help. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to supermarket and Metro. If the hotel improves the room cleanliness and the air conditioner works normally. I will come back to stay again.

We were attracted to this hotel by its low price, and I think that is important to remember throughout this review. For £50 a night you aren’t going to get much! The hotel is well located near to a small shopping center with shops and a bakery. There is also a bus stop outside the hotel which takes you in to the center of Paris in around 10 minutes, and free parking at the front of the hotel. The staff were very welcoming. We arrived at approximately 2030 on our first night. There was no problem checking in and we were relieved to know that there was a bar and restaurant on site as we had my friends daughter with us. However, the staff informed us that the restaurant was closed due to a private party. Essentially, 5 or more coaches of what seemed to be a religious group had arrived and had hired out the entire restaurant. This was not ideal with a child and a diabetic! There are no restaurants within walking distance and we therefore had to muddle our way through ordering a dominos pizza in French online! It would have been good if the hotel had told us that the restaurant would be closed as we would have brought food with us. The numerous coaches also took up most of the parking spaces, which would have made moving the van difficult. We therefore used public transport. On our second night the lifts broke. There was a door to some stairs but the staff informed us that we weren’t allowed to use the stairs. We waited around for about an hour for the lifts to be fixed. Again, this was not ideal with a child after a long day sight seeing!

Our room was very spacious, breakfast very good for the price, we had some heating concerns, but the Kyriad team was very effective and they found a very quickly solution. So despite this little concern, I give 5 stars thanks to the service and gentleness of the team. Hotel near Metro line 8, very convenient .

This hotel is ok. The room is basic as is the bathroom. We asked for some more pillows, and were told that they did not have any. We had crooked necks due to the awful pillows. Staff were ok and not very helpful. We encountered a fire drill going off which was an engineer testing. None of the staff knew whether to evacuate or stay in our rooms which was bad and no apology for the disruption. Convenient for the outskirts of Paris and easy to travel in.

Hôtel propre, joliment décoré et entretenu. Personnel charmant et arrangeant. Proche des bus (le 24 rejoint la gare de Lyon en 25) et du métro 8 pour rejoindre Paris centre. Mise à disposition de bouteilles d'eau, bouilloire avec thé, café et savon d'invités dans la sdb. Petites attentions qui font la différence ☺️

I'm deeply disappointed and unhappy about my stay at the Adagio Access Paris Maisons Alfort on March 27, 2024. As a regular customer, with Silver status, I was expecting warm welcome and quality service. Unfortunately, my experience at the reception was all but satisfactory. The person responsible for the reception has shown an unpleasant and unprofessional behaviour. First, I was shocked by the attempt to overtax my reservation. Contrary to what was agreed when I booked, the person at the reception tried to make me pay a higher amount without any valid explanation. In spite of my attempts to clarify the situation, she continued to refuse to recognize the mistake. In addition, as a Silver client, I should have received a drink of a host, as stipulated in the benefits of this status. However, this attention was not given when I arrived at the hotel, and I would like to stress that such practices are unacceptable and disturb the image of your hotel. As a loyal client, I expected respectful and careful treatment from your team. I therefore ask you to take the necessary steps to correct this situation and ensure that such incidents will no longer occur in the future.

Very nice hotel close to Paris, on the board of Seine. Excellent service, very clean, and it really makes you feel like travelling far away, while you're still in.Europe/France. Very calm area, perhaps a bit remote, but nice restaurants at about 10 min. walking distance.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. Points of improvement: 1) The first day we were there there were vermin in the room. Evidence taken to reception. We got another room. 2) On the third day we were there, the fire alarm suddenly went off early in the morning, making a lot of noise for 10 minutes. The guests in the hotel did not know what was going on. No call was made from the staff so that we as guests know what is going on. 3)No telephone in the room. For example, if there is an emergency you cannot reach the reception. Then you would have to wait for the elevator (if this is still possible) or take the stairs down. (This if you have good mobility, otherwise it will be a problem) 4) Too bad the rooms are not cleaned daily. This is also to prevent vermin. Pros: 1)The lobby looks modern. 2) I would like to compliment the lady at reception who works after 10 p.m. She helped us a lot. 3)Location was close to bakery, supermarket, restaurants and bus stop. Easy to go everywhere by public transport. 4) Nice spacious balcony

Good return on our money. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast good, not fancy but to our liking. Metro and bus conveniently located. Clean facilities. Restaurant in the evening open and good choice of food. I recommend this hotel.
