We came only for the spa, paying for a package that was more expensive because it included a 1-hour private spa session... The truth is that it was disastrous, nothing worked, the water was COLD and there was no one in the hotel or in the spa that could help us or give us a towel or information, even though we called the phone and so on. It was dirty from the previous session or the day before... Cigarette butts and towels, among other things. The room was not bad, but the shower, after leaving the spa ice cream, worked quite poorly too (the shower head was broken). And as for the breakfast buffet, it was good. ABSOLUTE DISASTER, the only good thing was the staff was nice... The hotel is good, but extremely run down...

Terrible experience due to a problem with ******* in which I was sent an email saying my reservation was being canceled due to a problem with the card number I entered. I was supposed to call the hotel so they wouldn't cancel my reservation and I didn't, then it must have been canceled 72 hours later when I saw the email. I made a reservation again and the hotel did not notify me that there was another reservation with my name because ******* did not finally cancel my reservation (or so they said) so, remaining silent, they charged me for both rooms Not to mention that in the offer they didn't say anything about their Spa being broken. A shame because I don't think the town of Cistierna deserves to have a business that takes advantage of the good faith of the guests.

The quality-price ratio is very good. Difficult times for these businesses, which in this case face it with great courage. We have been very good, some pecadillo, but venial, in simple issues, some door that does not close completely...but counteracted by the staff, its owners above all. It is eaten very well, the grill works like a charm, very pleasant.

Spa with cold water and needs improvement, sauna does not work, there are two activities closed due to COVID, when we are back to normal and several buttons do not work in the spa. My room had a window that wouldn't close because the handle was broken and there were loose tiles. And breakfast, almost, almost all pastries, with almost no fruit and no cold cuts or cheese that comes with it. The establishment needs many improvements.

I have stayed overnight several times for years and everything has gone well but on Thursday, July 13, we went to have a beer and a young and polite waiter told us that by superior order we could not have anything in the garden. Stunned, we asked why and the answer was the same: by order of his superiors. I asked for explanations and a partner-in-charge (?) answered that the thing came from a long time ago. On Social Networks, many people talk about the poor treatment of those responsible and especially the exclusivity that they prefer from their clients, in short, that they do not want people from the town of Cistierna. Incredible, unprecedented, sectarian, discriminatory. The only thing left to know is if you have the "Right of Admission" on the door and if you have paid the corresponding tax to the Autonomous Community and to what extent this right extends when there is no justified cause. This smells very bad. We will see.

A perfect weekend. The family treatment, the great dinners and the cozy hotel. Thanks to Dani for the details he had with our group. We had already been in winter and decided to repeat. The environment to enjoy.

Three of us went for a cycling test. Very friendly reception. No problem storing the bikes in the warehouse. Clean rooms. Very clean and nice bedding. Comfortable bed and pillow. Both the owner Dani and the rest of the team were very attentive and made our stay great. We ate the holiday menu on Sunday (25 euros) and everything was very delicious. We will repeat!

In the place where we are from, when you eat a menu and wine is included, it is understood (if the quantity is not specified) that they give you one bottle per person, that is... ...that is, if one person goes, one bottle, if there are two, they put one and if they order another, they even give you the rest of that to take away if you want. If the business puts one every two people just as they wanted to say during their justification... "IT IS SPECIFIED IN THE MENU" just as they did specifying "Torrija OR coffee" I attach the photos. Well, the person who came out as responsible had a slum attitude saying that he didn't want to see us again. It seems that he felt very bad having to change the two bottles that he added to us a priori. He had to surrender to the evidence but he brought out the bug inside him. Amazing, you just have to read other reviews, where they describe him as a neighborhood pimp, to see that this person has a problem. We are a group of people of Lions origin living in Euskadi, where we have also learned to behave, where we know values ​​such as education, treatment of others, generosity, and even several of us have worked in the hospitality industry and encourage responsible to take a look around there and you will see how no one gets upset with the clients or denies them their reason in the face of a clear fact. The language and treatment on our part was correct and friendly, the same cannot be said about the service. It was embarrassing, despotic, and cocky. We have never seen anything like it, a shame.
