The hotel itself is nice but way too expensive because there is NO SERVICE. The staff is nice, it’s not their fault but there is no proper restaurant for breakfast lunch or dinner. For that price you expect a nice in-house breakfast but you have to go to next door guesthouse for their buffet (basic breakfast food, good for the guesthouse price but not enough for the Lost Villa price). Also we had a 5mo old baby with us, and one morning a very loud fire alarm rang at 6am in the building. There was NO STAFF in the hotel when I tried to reach out to someone. Alarm rang for 1HOUR!!! Finally I went out and found a gardener in the tourist park who helped me and cane to the hotel to turn off the alarm. We had to take the baby outside for one hour because we had no idea if it was a fire alarm or something else. We didn’t get any discount for the inconvenience (we stayed 5 nights and spent a lot of money). Very disappointed. View is nice, design is nice but that’s all. You can pay less and go to the guesthouse next door, it looks nice.

The worse thing is their swimming pool, the main one for adults were all the time very cold, the water was frozen, we asked the reason and no response. we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool during our 5 days stay. the another one for kids was too dirty, haven't cleaned it for a while obviously, already smelly like a muddy puddle. even kids were asking why the water was that dirty. The resort includes 5 huge buildings and all were full. super crowded and all the people do use the only one swimming pool and the only one breakfast area. the breakfast was OK many choices of food, but it's impossible to enjoy your meal cause the area isn't fresh or clean. the floor was sticky. I would say they need improve or they now how to make things better but they don't care. especially for summer the swimming pool is so important for every guest but they seems wanna save money and not pay attention on it. feel disgusting and unhealthy after all I saw there.
