The hotel looks great from a distance - good secluded location and nice design - but up close its rather run down. The buildings have paint peeling off, wooden floorboards are warping and the restaurant air-con clearly doesn’t work well anymore.
The outdoor pool is a 2 min car ride away or a 30min walk, which is quite inconvenient with a 6yr old who wants to swim 4 times a day and the indoor pool right at the hotel bizarrely only open between 7-9pm a night.
Food was very average.
Water sports on offer were decent - paddling, boating, fishing, etc but you could not be very adventurous.
Service was fine.
We would not go again.

這次帶公婆出行，想着避開人羣預訂了遠離千島湖中心風景區的安嵐酒店。
可能因為酒店房間衹有80多間，check in流程很快無需等待，而且前一天酒店前台已經聯繫我們，告知會安排臨近的房間，説明已提前排房。入住當天還把公婆的房間給免費升級了。
付完按金後，酒店電瓶車會把我們送至房間。雖然是獨棟別墅，但是房間不算大，勝在風景很好，每一扇窗就跟一幅畫一樣。
早飯雖然式樣不算特別多，但也算豐富，尤其是品嚐到了千島湖天然蜂蜜，還是酒店自己的蜜蜂產的。另外酒店提供歡迎水果，mini bar，每晚還有不同的晚安甜品。
酒店整體環境非常安靜舒適，衹是別墅比較矮，視線不算開闊，看不到羣島。另外spa島也比較遠，不預約過去會撲個空，但spa島風景卻比酒店房間所在的島更讓人驚喜。
酒店工作人員也非常熱情，有問必答會主動介紹酒店與當地風情。總之，整體還是比較滿意的入住體驗。

安麓一直在我收藏夾裏幾年了，今年五一錯峯出行，選擇了這家酒店。作為千島湖評價第一的安嵐酒店，整體的風格和服務真的配得上第一的名號，服務我們的管家是Daniel，男朋友過生日，從去之前就微信聯繫幫我安排好房間佈置，行程中處處考慮得很周全，服務貼心又很有邊界感，要給個大大的好評👍🏻兩天真的住不夠，下次來千島湖一定還要繼續住安嵐

真的是世外桃源的感覺，乾淨，風景也是一級棒，獨立的別墅，私密性也很好，去大堂前台都是叫車隨叫隨到，還有屬於我們的羣，有任何的預訂項目都可以在上面説，馬上有響應，特別是Daniel，非常的認真負責，還幫我們安排了車子，送我們去了附近的小村落，很美！總而言之是一次非常完美的體驗，千島湖宅酒店首選無疑！

一直喜歡人少安靜的環境，所以選擇了安嵐，造景很美，很適合帶孩子小憩，服務也很好，Miya小姐姐服務超級好，有求必應，還去鎮上接我們，很感謝，酒店的早餐很值得推薦，中餐廳的魚頭湯很濃，很好喝，晚上的赤豆粥是我喜歡的無糖版，晚上還放了煙花，下次還來❤️

這次趁着五一假期種草千島湖安嵐酒店，覺得體驗非常不錯，首先是酒店房間空間裏非常大，80平米起步，園林綠化也非常不錯，重點是禮賓司Daniel的貼心服務，有事情給他發微信回覆特別及時，17-18點在美食廊入夜儀式體驗也很贊，這個時段酒水暢飲，還有每天都不重樣的主題雞尾酒，看着落日餘暉，醉美千島湖，下次還會再回來[慶祝][慶祝]

第一次來千島湖，選擇了攜程上最好的千島湖安嵐酒店，住了兩晚，體驗下來還是不錯的。
1、裝修風格
整日的風格屬於徽派建築，和千島湖景區互映，確實有江南水鄉的感覺；
2、遊船
套餐中包含一個遊千島湖遊船，因為人少，基本等於包船，體驗還是非常好的；
3、餐食
早餐因為客人少，單點，品質不錯。晚餐菜品遊千島湖特色，魚頭湯啥的也很好喝；
4、服務
服務人員隨叫隨到，訓練有素，十分禮貌。
5、區位
唯一美中不足的就是位置太偏僻，同時出行都要小車接送，稍嫌麻煩。因為客人少，書香閣等也未開放，沒有健身房等設施。
總之整體很好，給大家推薦這個千島湖的酒店。
