可人屬於高端民宿，非常安靜，設計感強，床和枕頭舒服，早餐有管家服務，香煎比目魚超級好吃，可以點餐，吃多少都可以，服務相當好，園區有9個小島是亮點，拍照非常出片，酒店價格穩定，服務超級暖心，離店時還送了蔬菜等禮品，下次來多住幾天，心情好

房間很乾凈衞生舒適，服務態度很好，早餐還給送到房間，還送了電動牙刷，送了兩包有機蔬菜，洗漱用品的味道很好聞，這是我住過五星六星酒店遇到一次最温暖熱情服務的酒店，下次來必須再住這裏！

可能我們去的時候人少，服務非常親切，晚上在餐廳吃飯會主動給小朋友送果汁和點心。菜園割菜的時候島主全程陪伴，給我們講了很多四季的菜園和果園（聽得想夏天再來一次）😀贈送的照片（p得）也很好看。各個島嶼雖然不大，但佈局和細節都頗有心思，比較耐品～整體超出預期，贊一個

酒店很美，房型進行了升級，正對湖景。雖然是冬天，但是曬着太陽環島徒步非常舒服。酒店的早餐是點餐制，服務人員很熱情，雖然在裝修，但基本沒有影響。

這是一家環境、設施和服務都非常到位的酒店，讓我們全家在千島湖兩天的行程充滿了驚喜！
先説服務，也是可人酒店最大的亮點！我們趕上了寒潮，氣温驟降，為我提前準備的薑茶立刻充滿了暖意！管家和酒店裡看到的所有服務人員都非常熱情，外面冷幫我們從庫房找大衣，我們在房間打牌還給我們送甜品，攝影師穿着單薄衣服給我們在外面拍照等等，太多的温馨細節，總之，會像你所想急你所急。
再説環境：獨家擁有九座小島，景色非常好！給我們升級了湖景套房，正對湖面，惡略天氣直接房間就能看景色，因為景色太美了，我們都取消了環湖自駕，直接在小島上逛了半天，拍拍照片，摘了橘子和柚子，一家人也特別開心滿足！
再説説餐飲：晚餐在酒店餐廳吃，價位合理，味道鮮美，食材和口味上比外面飯館好很多！早餐是套餐形式，想吃啥還可以再加，廚師還非常貼心的給我們加菜，讓我們品嚐特色，還有那壺暖暖的紅棗桂圓茶，沒有任何能挑剔的！
我們的下一站是富春山居，對比下來發現，可人是當之無愧我們心中最值得推薦的酒店！

服務：非常熱情，個個笑臉相迎就像鄰家小妹妹，特別是小妹巧芳，值得表揚！
環境：太美了，值得去了再去！
衞生：儘管不是旅遊高峯，但是衞生工作還是一絲不苟，非常乾淨。
設施：居住的第二晚出了點小狀況，但是和值班經理溝通後也圓滿解決了！

國慶後幾天的錯峯入住，酒店幾乎沒有什麼人。餐飲和服務這塊略冷清。由於降温很快酒店暖氣還沒有統一開啟，房間略冷. 總體感受想要營造的形式大於內容品質（這個也是一般民營獨立酒店的通病）。但酒店的內部幾個島嶼卻非常讓人驚艷，不管是地理天然環境，還是景觀設計以及維護都比住宿更好，值得讓人再來.

預訂的雙床親子房，到店升級為雙人套房，景色比起原房型好了很多，正對着無邊泳池和私人島嶼，景色非常優美，可能因為季節更替室外泳池已關閉，温泉尚未開啟，白天私人島嶼徒步遊覽後，晚上基本沒有什麼休閑設施。
