服務超級好，裝修細節很不錯，雖然風格一眼看上去不是很多年輕人喜歡的類型，但是入住了就知道老闆是花了心思的。因為是假期尾巴，所以給升了兩檔房型，三文魚鱒的一魚三吃味道也很不錯，歡迎水果、銀耳羹、牛奶都直接送到了房間，温泉就剩我們一家，也留着一個小池，走的這天，起床晚了，還專門給我們留了早餐，絕對的寶藏酒店，小朋友從入住開始就説，必須要給全部星星的點評！😊

是跨年的時候過去的，店家非常Nice，我們一行8個人，分開定了房間，因為有長者和小孩，還免費幫我們升了級，換了河邊家庭套房，非常的貼心，下午和晚上都有專人免費送水果和甜品，真的很不錯！唯一不足的地方是附近沒有什麼景點和可以逛的地方，除了打牌洗肺和泡温泉，內容單調了一些。

我已是第二次來成都慧美野奢酒店了，它一年四季有不同的景色，該酒店員工素質都很專業，服務周到熱情，這次來因忘記帶葯抱着試一下的心情提出不屬於酒店服務範圍之內的要求，沒想到老闆很快為我解決了，很感動。 首先酒店離市區不遠，但又屏蔽浮躁和喧囂，這裡有最好的空氣，最好的水，最好的服務質量。 有五星級酒店的早餐，地道的火鍋川菜，舒適的就餐環境，還可以泡温泉，在星空屋喝下午茶。此次雙節期間老闆與大廚帶着客人學着插鮮花，做月餅。其樂融融。值得一提的是客房全智能，有賓至如歸的感覺。我也去過國外30多個國家，以及國內一些高奢酒店，總之，成都慧美野奢酒店所有的配套設施可以和高端酒店比美，服務理念一流，非常人性化，處處為客人着想，老闆非常佛系，各項價格親民。是度假，親朋好友團聚的首選。

環境不錯，服務態度很好

早餐和夜景是絕絕子，他們家居然有自己養的三文魚，風景就跟畫的一樣，這個季節早晚已經有點涼了，但是真的很舒服，剛做完預訂，管家就有來電，針對這個服務還是必須給點讚的，雖然是在山區，但是設施設備都比較完善，小朋友超級喜歡，還會再來的。

兩邊是山鬱鬱葱葱，溝裏流水清澈見底，這是個很清凈的一個地方，可以很舒心的散步呼吸。酒店軟硬件都不錯，床品衞浴用品都顯段位，還有院裏各樣點綴彰顯匠心，更有加分的接待小哥和大廚，很自然很親切！
