The service at the front desk 00 of the hotel was warm and thoughtful, and all the questions raised were solved attentively. The transportation is also convenient. It only takes ten minutes to drive there. They also helped us upgrade the room type for free. When we entered the room, we were surprised. The room was really big and the overall quality was great. Clean. Although the room was renovated, I was really surprised when I stayed in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was good, the sound insulation was good, and it was very warm. I will choose this hotel next time I come to visit.

Room: Very satisfied, the decoration has been upgraded, the facilities and equipment are very new, the experience of staying is very good! Location: It is very convenient to go to Guanyinqiao Pedestrian Street. You can go to Guanyinqiao when you go out. It is very close to take a taxi and take the light rail. Service: There is a parking garage downstairs, and you can also enter the hotel directly from the garage. The attitude of the staff is very good and enthusiastic. If you have any problems, you can find the staff to solve them! It was a great stay!

The hotel is centrally located in a touristy area called GuanYinQiao around 300 meters from the subway station. The staff at the reception spoke some English and used the translation app as well. They are accommodating and friendly. The room assigned to me was on the 31st floor so using the glass elevator to enjoy the city view was special but not for those who fear heights. There's a food street nearby if you want local delicacies, plus McDonald's, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut too. The Paradise Walk shopping area where the Apple Store is, is a bit of a walk up towards where the Ninth Street bars are. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

This is my second time staying in Yunjian. When I stay in a hotel, it usually depends on the location, convenience, and cleanliness. The hotel is right at Guanyin Bridge and next to the subway station. It is very convenient for eating and traveling. I got an upgrade to the hotel and gave me snacks when I arrived late that day. , the service is attentive and considerate, and the breakfast that made me complain is much better than the first time I came here. It is very cost-effective if I usually stay there. I will still consider this place next time I come to Chongqing.

Facilities: The room is quite well-equipped, with a small refrigerator, a small teapot, and a washing machine, which is very convenient. The environment and scenery are very good. Open the window and look outside. The view is very good. You can see the delicious street, which is full of delicious food. Hygienic, very clean, items are neatly placed, looks very comfortable, and the room has no smell Service, Xiao Yang and Xiao Chen at the front desk are very enthusiastic and considerate. Location is across the river. The subway is like 10-15 minute walk away and it's like 1-2 stops to get into the city centre. For the one night I was there it was pretty good. Very new so you may have some new paint smell left over but they luckily keep the windows open. Room was very clean and brand-new. Blinds are automatic and the AC can be set into very silent for when you sleep. They also got a legit Dyson hair dyer in your bathroom which is like worth a weeks stay lmao.

The location is relatively central, with a business district below. The lady who booked the double bed room said that it was made up of two single beds. Considering that the seam in the middle was uncomfortable when sleeping, the lady upgraded the room to a double bed + small bed room for free. grateful! Breakfast is okay. As a northerner, I am very satisfied.

As a foreigner in China it is sometimes a bit challenging checking in and navigating hotels in China. But the staff here are exceptionally accommodating and super friendly! It was an absolute pleasure staying here and would recommend to anyone. This would be a perfect summer destination as they have a wonderful open air rooftop lounge area next to the restaurant. It’s not a luxury hotel but super comfortable and enjoyable.

This hotel is one of the impressive thing for our Chongqing trip. Good location, super clean and comfortable, the staffs were very helpful and have service mind (even they can’t speak English, we tried to communicate by WeChat) The room facilities were great; lighting, drinking water with hot drinking water provided, bedding, air conditioning, TV projector, etc. I loved everything! Note: from Chongqing airport to the hotel, take purple line (Line 10) to Liyychi station and exit at gate 2A. This will be the shortest way to reach the hotel. I’ll surely back!

Room was nice and spacious, and the toilet amenities were good. Toothbrush, toothpaste, combs, hair dryer, etc. were provided. The hotel was also located in a good location, within minutes walk to nearby shopping streets and food streets. However, the daily room cleaning could be improved as the same table/floor stains could be observed throughout my stay despite the daily indication for room make up. Front desk staff and reception service (over wechat) were friendly and courteous. Facilities could be also improved as the washer-dryer did not work well. The dryer function did not work at all and despite several rounds of drying (following instructions given by staff on how to operate the machine), with each round taking several hours of our time, the clothes remained wet and we were left with no choice but to air dry our laundry. Also, the room cleaning service staff did not check and replace the laundry detergent for our subsequent use of washer when they tidied the room each day. For those who are particular, do also note that the hotel seems to be under central air conditioning system. As such, the room was rather stuffy throughout my stay there (since it was Mar and the indoor heating was operating, we could not turn on air conditioning to lower the temperature indoors), and we could only rely on keeping the one window open for fresh air to ventilate. Also, the front desk was unable to provide services to help call a taxi for our last journey back to the airport, but we were lucky that there were a few taxis waiting by the main roads near the hotel, despite it being early in the morning at around 5am. Despite all of these, I would nonetheless consider this a rather positive stay, for its price and location.
