很有特點的酒店，裏面就有很多動物。
前台服務真心不好，不耐煩，關鍵夜間動物參觀弄錯了三次，感覺被玩了。
房間潮用了凈化器還燒點

酒店的管理真的不行，完全沒有酒店的管理，就像招待所。首先早餐的時候門口衹有一位服務員，還整個餐廳到處跑，我們主動找到她報房號核銷。其次住過這麼多含雙早的酒店，衹有這次是要求小孩單獨付早餐錢，你説每個酒店有每個酒店的要求，我們也馬上就付款了。結果後面陸陸續續進來很多帶身高和我們小孩一樣高，甚至更高的，因為服務員不在門口，人家就直接進去吃了，也沒有單獨收早餐錢。我去找服務員理論，結果她的回答讓我驚掉下巴，服務員原話“我沒有看到的時候就不收”。合著我就不該去主動問，直接進去吃就好，真的是倒了八輩子黴！而且早餐巨難吃。
遊樂園離市區很近，開車20分鐘就到了，完全沒有必要住這個酒店，沒有感受到任何服務。

對房間非常滿意，服務態度太好了，還特別熱情的幫忙提行李。7棟的管家非常不錯。去動物園也很方便，有直接的通道。酒店環境特別好，不愧是五星級天然氧吧。

週末到重慶永川樂和樂都兩日遊，美好的回憶！還記得上一次到兩江酒店是2019年2月，時隔五年，不變的是我對他的信任，變化的是服務越來越好。從酒店的品質、管理水平和整體來講，符合五星。酒店位於樂和樂都動物園和樂園旁，環境優美，清凈自在，酒店不光沿路有動物可觀賞，還利用廢棄的車輛改造成松鼠猴的家，連餐廳都有盧丁雞仔。創意與用心打造出來的酒店，自然不會差。感謝前台小姚給我升級到行政套房，讓我感受到酒店更多的服務。同時房間贈送了雙人兩日遊門票，盡情玩耍更省心省錢，早餐後便可搭乘酒店內專車前往景區檢票口，同時購買的網車票，讓我和孩子也體會到走快捷通道快人一步的優越感。入住當晚孩子泡了澡，緩解疲勞，為第二天遊玩充電。早餐豐富、量足，最喜歡重慶小麪！我和孩子約定以後還來樂和樂都，還住兩江酒店。

13號訂的套房，樓頂，酒店設施陳舊就算了，因為這種風格就顯舊，重點是沒有贈送我們門票，晚上睡覺噪音特大。14號訂的大床，送了兩張門票，這也無妨，晚上回房間發現馬桶堵塞，導致我們一家人沒法上廁所，你説來處理？家裡人都睡了你大晚上來修馬桶？白天你們在幹嘛？我上個廁所還要跑大堂來上，服務極差！！我會投訴到底！這會還在大廳廁所上大號！我想着就氣人

酒店有點老舊，衞生打掃不夠徹底，不過整體還不錯，環境很好，去遊樂園也方便。但是服務太差，連個迎賓都沒有，需要自己拖着行李找房間，更沒有評論裏説的電瓶車來回遊樂園。
