服務態度好，耐心解答客人問題，房間乾淨衞生，出了酒店就是一吃一條街，可以去吃品種繁多的小吃，去遊覽山城巷.十八梯風貌區，夜遊解放碑，洪崖洞，千廝門大橋，重慶大劇院都特別的便利。交通也很方便，可以把很多的旅遊景點、美食、商圈連在一起。

優點:1、位置好找，附近有地鐵站公交站在，出行便利
2、酒店這一條巷子算是美食街，美食多多（但有點貴）3、距離解放碑洪崖洞走路十二三分鐘就到，去打卡景點就很方便。距離十八梯很近，走出巷子過個馬路就到。
不足:1、給我們升級的房間比訂的房間小。2、浴室和洗漱間衹有一扇不能推的玻璃隔離，浴室不能全關門洗澡感覺不舒服。3、洗漱間地下沒有漏水的，洗漱間很容易“水澇”（個人習慣一進房間先燒壺熱水沖馬桶）。4、床邊衹有一側有插頭，兩人休息不好充電;房間裏電視櫃，牀頭櫃面積小，出行帶的東西多不方便放。
衞生大差不差，沒得明顯不乾淨的，服務還可以。

設施：房間大小合適，廁所比較小，洗手枱上面的接口漏水，門上的防盜鏈壞了沒有修，門的隔音很差，走廊裏説話都能聽得很清楚。
