The customer service is good. The hotel room (for 4 people) is spacious and cozy. I would recommend my friends to reserve a room for their trip.

Hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood near Akihabara Station. Will need to walk about 15mins but there from Akihabara Station. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and there's a simple but delicious sandwich provided for breakfast. Only issue was that there's no window in the room that we stayed in. The only available window was the one in the bathroom. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

Conveniently located between 3 different metro stations. Area is generally a business offices so is very serene and quiet at night. Great amenities in the room for the price.

No Frills. Good and Efficient. Got a nice breakfast\chilling area with free beverage.
Close to many train station but not near to any. That's the only challenge.

It was not bad at all. The staff was kind, Sandwich & Juice for breakfast was great. But I found some hairs on bed when I checked in. Except that, it was a perfect stay.

The room is big enough and quite clean.
The more important point is the location that you can easily go from the hotel to Akihabara station or Asakusabashi station. Therefore, You can travel to different tour spots easily.
All in all , it is recommended to live in this hotel for a trip.

A very nice and cosy hotel. Room size is small but a very convenient location a few hundred meters away from Akihabara Station.
Breakfast is a normal sandwich box and juice. Recommended for those looking for a nice stay for a few days in Tokyo!

Sometimes, the room service forgot to clean up the garbage bin or the bed. It would be ideal if the receptionists could speak English, not just Mandarin.
