Yes, we flew by LAX but we drove & stayed here after arriving almost midnight so traffic was barely there. We left really early for a 6am flight at LAX on our way back so traffic was not there. The hotel was simple and clean; we were out and away to our destinations most of the time. The bathroom can use a vanity table, actually. Breakfast was spartan, to say the least. But we really enjoyed our stay as they clean & organize the room every day. Friendly non fussy service. Be ready with your IDs. Don't expect something grand; I was told they used to be part of the Super 8 chain but is now independent. We never got to use the swimming pool. We also saw a number of places to go for food and some shopping very near this hotel, which has one of its sides actually by the freeway.

Nice decor. Good proposal. Is you want to be near the outlet, you’ll like it. Be careful since rooms facing freeway tend to be little noisy.

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. We stayed March 15 to 17, 2023. Amanda was amazing, asked for an early check-in, she made sure we had it then followed up to make sure we were all set. I had a health medical emergency (hit the emergency button on the phone in the room) and the staff was at our door in one minute, and Tony from the front desk then ensured paramedics got to the room, then secured the room. Staff made sure my husband knew when he arrived later that night and then they followed up to make sure I was okay. This staff, all of them, Georgia? the housekeeper all work together to make sure our stay was excellent. Food is super delish too, and the manager in the restaurant is the best, making certain everyone is all set. THIS IS OUR FAVORITE property (we each are Hilton Diamond), stay here many times, but the extra care and follow-up is so appreciated and reflective of the management. The property is beautiful and quiet, and extremely well maintained.

This is a great hotel. Super clean, spacious and outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was just one great experience. And not only that, they are even going above and beyond any service I have experienced so far. We were there for the soccer tournament and by mistake the cleaning ladies took my sons jersey. But great service shows when somebody tries everything to help. Not only did they look for the jersey but they even mailed it to my home address. My son was so happy. Great job

i drove 7 hours from Arizona to get to this hotel that my company already booked and paid for in advance to be told that i need my boss present to present his id and card....... also told me i wouldnt be able to get a room because we have to re book 72 hours in advance.... i sat around for 2-3 hours til my boss from ontario could arrive to present his id and card..... very unprofessional because ive stayed here last month and did not have any of these issues. the front desk did not give two F***s that i was basically stranded in another state with nowhere to stay. after driving 7 hours and sitting 2-3 hours. you would think if you have people staying that are coming from out of state you would provide necessary information so that we are not stuck. after my boss showed up i finally got this room to walk into a dirt ball room with ants everywhere and just dirty. the wifi is probably the worst wifi ive ever experienced in a hotel. the fact that they call this complimentary wifi is almost disrespectful. i work a lot from my computer and i need good connection to be able to work. as i am writing this review in the hotel room looking at my wifi signal with 1 -2 bars max and thats how the wifi has been this whole week. for the hassle and stress i was put through i would book another hotel that would actually give you the service and respect that you pay for. the fact that the front desk said i wouldnt be able to book anything cause for 72 hours and their manager left was ridiculous. basically telling me to f*** off. i remained respectful and calm throughout all of their crap. you need to be teach your employees to cater to repeat customers... ive been here many times and my history will show it... and shows everytime my company paid with the same payment method... they had me wait 3 hours because lack of skill, lack of knowleadge, lack of customer service. And they were okay with letting me sleep in my car because their process is wrong is the reason they will get a bad review today. if you do make a reservation here and pay online make sure that these people provide you with all the right documents you will need especially if your company is paying for the room. make sure you bring insect killer and plenty of sanitizer to clean the dirty rooms. also their is free breakfast included but i wasnt aware of it until my last night here and none of the employees let me know of this i had to kind of force myself into the free breakfast. its time people do their job the right way it amazes me how employees can destroy a business's name and reputation because of their poor level of skill and care. And on the side of this damn building their are about 100 bumble bees flying around the side of the building if i didnt see it in advance it would have been pretty bad. ive never seen this many bees hovering around the garden on the side of the building before.

Opted to stay at hotel because Claremont Doubletree was more expensive. Additionally, the hotel has closed corridors, which is safer for a woman traveling alone. CON Both treadmills down in gym Dusty behind night stand Litter around grounds in parking lot Cell phone tower is right next to property. KNOW: $10 day for parking. I opted to park in the parking garage. Used to be Shilo Inn, more Diamond Bar area than Pomona. Wendy’s is right next door if you’re craving fries and a chocolate milk shake. Stayed here for 3 nights to attend a high school reunion. It is conveniently located in a quiet location and close to the freeways. Stayed on the 4th floor. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We had the daily breakfast which had a nice selection. Annie at the front desk was great. She was very friendly and helpful. Marco in the breakfast area was great too. He was very friendly and attentive. He kept everything clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a must stay!! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming for my toddler and I! You walk into the lobby and are greeted with beautiful fireplace and inviting sofa. The staff are extremely polite and take the time to know you! The room was spacious with a microwave, wet bar, good size mini fridge, a small dinning table, a work desk and ergonomic chair, and a living room! All of the appliances were immaculate! The carpet might need a wash but no smell or stains! My son loved the pull out sofa! To my shock when taking out the sofa cushions I was pleased to see how clean it was! Usually there's crumbs or old food under cushions but no just clean and decent size pull out bed! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and hot! But for mom's favorite part, the bathtub!! Yhe only complaint is that I wish the tub had jets!! Spacious and relaxing and the water temperature as hot as you could stand°° Amazing!!! Second time staying at Ayres Hotel chain and I will now only be booking family trips here! Thank you!!

This is the best motel I have ever stayed in. There is a refrigerator, a microwave, and four bags of coffee for free. Hygienic and quiet
