Great location and hotel for the price. Always a great stay. Secure parking lot for truck, trailer and snowmobiles. Only complaint is the noise coming from what seems to be an air conditioner/humidifier on the wall that we couldn’t turn off.

We were given a room located right at the back of the hotel and it felt like a 5mins walk from the elevator, even though the hotel wasn't full but didn't think they needed to spread out the guests that far apart. The pool looked like it was undergoing some renovation but guests were still using it.
The room was clean and spacious but old and tired looking.
The room had a coffee machine with coffee pods but would have preferred a kettle (to make tea instead).
The amenities (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) was great smelling and the shower was great too.

It was a horrible experience to stay in that hotel. first of all the hotel staff member are so rude , the lady at the front has a very bad attitude named Isabel, I was looking for a support as a tourist and they was so horrible in customer services.Rooms are not sound proof and the noise is everywhere.. The cigarettes smell was all over the room as my neighbour was smoking inside the room. My privacy had been breached with another customer by staff members who were talking about my children disabilities, where I was from, how long I was staying there and that I was a single mom. I even confronted the staff at the front for releasing my personal information to other customers and they denied doing such a thing. NEVER WASTE YIUR MONEY IN THIS HOTEL . It was a truly horrible experience

Had a very nice and comfortable stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very scenic town. Drive to reach here is breathtaking through the mountains. Highly recommend this hotel.
