距離市中心有點遠，開車大概要15-20min，但酒店服務很不錯而且房間很乾淨也很舒適，早餐還行但種類不算多。

Super cool hotel. High ceilings, extra wide hallways, nice bar area, nice room layout, good food, very nice complimentary breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff! Awesome exercise room. We walked to and from United center to see Madonna. Super easy to get to from interstate.

Love that this used to be a hospital! Very nice rooms. Very spacious. Shower head wasn’t great. Room was very dark, even with all the lights on. Bar area was nice but small, food was good. Burger was huge and delicious.

We were in town for a concert at the United Center. It was very convenient. It was clean and spacious.

There was many black stain on the 3-4 pillows. Front desk clerk gave the new ones but with no talk and no smile. He was rude even did not look up our face. Air vents in elevators and front desk blow the smell of ****. Sofa bed was dirty and sheets was smelling not cleaned. There are another stains on the desk, coffee table and sofa bed. The mattress in sofa bed was like a joke so very thin and smell bad. AC was noisy and hallways looked like in an apartment building. Do not believe the photos. Because only outside looks nice.

Always a little tough to get to, but we manage. Still our favorite place within walking distance of the United Center.
