The front desk service is not good, the hotel is empty and I sked for a room with better view and she denied and asked me to pay extra to get the room. Thats a bad customer service. I can understand if the hotel is full but when its empty they should make customer request

No issues staying here. Staff was friendly. FYI We parked in the garage next to the hotel for $20.

The hotel was nice, nothing fancy but conveniently located right in the city. Horrible customer service! The hotel doesn’t offer any discounts or parking packages when you book through *******. We ended up paying $50 per night for parking in a garage down the street. We were told “since you didn’t book straight through the hotel we don’t offer any discounts or packages” not sure why that makes a difference if they are getting paid for our stay regardless but we learned our lesson and will choose another hotel next time. Also I wouldn’t plan on eating the breakfast. if you don’t get down there early enough you wait in line for a good 30 mins just to have nothing left. They do not refill the fruits or side dishes… when they are gone, they are gone.

Great price for the food and comfort of the stay in the heart of downtown. Only push back is the parking (60/Day). I loved how personable the staff is and the 24 hour gym.
