The hotel is marvelous and the food though a bit expensive is worth the price tag. Location is a bit inconvenient for public transport travellers

Hotel was nice, cosy and very comfortable. The room and the bed was huge and amenities were spot on. The only downside is the location of the hotel which is quite far from the Alishan Recreation Area. Guests can however book the shuttle bus service from the hotel website for transfers between hotel and Alishan/Fenqihu. A photo of the bus is attached for future guests’ reference.

Very good, there is an observation deck on the roof where you can watch the sunrise, and there are 7-11 and Family Mart within a few kilometers. If you want to eat, you have to go early, because they will close one after another around 6 o'clock. The price is indeed quite expensive, and the mountain road is difficult to walk, so be careful. Go up and down the mountain early.

The hotel is located halfway from Alishan to Chiayi. There are many iron houses around it, which is purely because of the influence of the brand hotel. Otherwise, the location is really not that good. The room is recommended to be clean and hygienic, and the main materials used in the design are relatively average. The small bar on the rooftop is really small and very cold. It is estimated that no one can sit down in winter. There is no heater or anything. At 4,000 yuan a night, the price/performance ratio is really poor.
