Hotels near Taiwan Hinoki Museum, Chiayi City

perfect location...the hotel can be seen once you get out from the Chiayi Hotel.. Muslim traveler I highly recommend this hotel..the room is spacious, the toilet is super clean. And you can go to the halal restaurant run by an Indonesian just in front of the hotel..their food is superb guys.. The staff very very friendly and helpful (I face some difficulty with the dryer) shout out to the lady (maybe she work as a housekeeping) she is very helpful and very nice. And also the guy who work in dining ( he wear glasses) he also took an effort to understand my English and help me with the dryer... Seriously it was a pleasant stay in this hotel...

The hotel gives us comfortable beds to take a deep sleep, delicious breakfast to eat, and peaceful atmosphere to stay. It’s a place where we would stay next time.

The staff are SUPER nice and friendly. My family and i felt very welcomed here. They allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and gave tips on where to go. The room (we booked for 3 of us) was decent and had amenities like disposable toothbrush toothpaste, comb, soaps, shampoo and shaver. There was a hairdryer that was really weak 😂 but enough hangers for us to put up our clothes and a tv with a couple of channels. We stayed on level 7 (accessible by lift) which was quiet, didn't hear the road outside at all, other tourists were also quiet and people were respectful. Breakfast was included in our stay, a relatively decent meal, there were toasts with different spreads, chinese noodles, veggies, meat, plain buns and porridge. Coffee, orange juice and chrysanthemum tea. Fruits were watermelon and oranges. Highlight of our stay was a 7.4magnitude earthquake while we were having breakfast. The whole place was shaking and staff were alert and quick to guide everyone out of the restaurant. One male staff member even quickly responded to make sure guests didn't run under the chandelier in the lobby. Thank goodness everyone was safe, nothing was damaged in the hotel at all. After being shaken up (both physically and mentally), we quickly checked out, and whilst in the room, another 6.4mag tremor hit. Scared us silly again but thankfully, everyone was safe, nothing was destroyed. Staff were very reassuring and empathetic (towards us who have never experienced quakes). All in all a great fuss free stay. Convenient location to get to the train station where you can get buses to Alishan or train to Alishan. Would stay here again if i had the chance!

Green Hotel has a convenient location – it’s about a 10-minute walk from Chiayi Station and a 5-minute walk to Wenhua Road Night Market, the most popular night market in Chiayi City. Our room (standard twin room) was comfortable and clean. The bathroom has a separate toilet room, and the toilet has a washlet toilet seat. It had few features to adjust, but it was good enough. It also provides complimentary toiletries, and most items are reusable because it’s an eco-friendly hotel. Besides, the room has a pretty big mirror, so it’s convenient for changing. Overall, Green Hotel is a clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel.

This hotel is located in a non-lively city suitable for people who drive to stay. Check in is fast. Service attitude is very good. The lobby is very gorgeous. There is also a live piano playing. You can listen and enjoy the top floor. There is a swimming pool about 120 cm deep in the evening. No one uses the family to accidentally book the venue. The child had a great time. The quadruple room has small indoor space but clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the bed is too shaking and will affect the sleep of the traveler. The sound insulation is very poor. The sound outside is very clear.

Pleasant stay in Look Hotel. We got a free upgrade to a more larger room after we rated 5 stars in Google. The upgraded room is very comfy and clean. Toilet is clean, however it does not provide toilet roll but those thin tissue papers instead. Our booking included breakfast which I personally feel is quite decent as there were quite alot options (ie. Cereal, porridge, noodles, toast, mantou bun, coffee etc). The only downside is that the hotel is quite far from Chiayi train station (嘉義台鐵）, suggest to call a cab if you are with huge luggage. Walking distance from Train station to Look hotel is around 16mins.

Clean and decent room, well maintained with all amenities needed. A little bit walk from MRT station, bus stations are just few mins. walk from the hotel, taking bus is a good choice though. Breakfast is buffet style served 0900-1000, providing both western and Chinese cuisines, not very fancy one but good enough to fill your stomach. Ningxia night market is within 10-15mins. walking distance, Carrefour supermarket is right opposite the hotel.

Would stay again and recommend to others when visiting the area! Really nice to provide a little birthday gift of lotion, facial wash and conditioner for my mum. Loved their orange scent used in hand-wash. Location was superb with many food options and convenience stores nearby plus walkable distance to WenHua Night Market. Aircon was strong, bedding was comfortable and loved the hot tub! Only negative was sometimes room cleaning wasn't done thoroughly as cups was unwashed and lift and lobby sometimes had an unpleasant smell. There was tea and snack available at lobby on the first day but never seen again on my four nights after.

因社團群推薦，我們買了好幾張住宿券，因快到期了，要趕快用掉，而這次是第二次入住，分享一下兩次入住的感受… 第一次（2020年4月）～連住2晚親子房 1.廁所垃圾桶沒清，底層留了幾張衛生紙迎接我們入住！ 2.第二天外出回房，補的備品，沒有依SOP整齊擺放在浴室洗手台上，而是混一整袋隨便的丟在房間桌上。 3.我當下沒有直接反應，但退房時有特別跟櫃臺提，櫃臺反應超級冷漠，一聲歉意也沒有，可能以為我都要退房了，過客沒什麼好理的，加上整房是房務的事吧！但房間整理不好、服務不好，是飯店整體問題！ 第二次為耗住宿券，必須連住三晚 1. Check in櫃台員很冷漠，基本禮貌也沒有，我們離櫃臺一步距離，有好幾人在櫃臺裡，我們正看要找那一組辦，這些人一句詢問也沒有，像雕像一樣直直盯著你，縱使靠近，也一句話不吭，像沒溫度的機器一樣幫你制式的辦入住（建議飯店找AI或許比這些像機器的人類好）！ 2.房內的頻道表沒更新，櫃臺連電視頻道那幾台有或沒有也不清楚，小孩想看momo親子，頻道跳掉，跟櫃臺反應，態度很不耐的跟我說，我們現在全部都很忙，等有空再處理，問她們大約要等多久？更不耐回你，有空就處理，電話就掛了，我PM6:15入房就問，到我們睡前還沒處理，真是藐視客人！ 3.房間裡的馬克杯很髒就算了，有一組泡茶杯組，更是噁心，一層厚厚白色粉末的“霉”，應該是“年”以上沒洗過！ 4.今天第一晚入住四人房，安排在A棟6樓，隔音超級差，凡有人走過、跑過、講話聲，全都聽的到，好多次我以為房門沒關，走過去確認！更誇張是隔壁按門鈴聲音大到像按我們這間的門鈴。 5.今天唯一感覺好一點的是，晚上訂富胖達，店家沒給餐具，櫃臺有免洗筷跟湯匙可提供，這點還正常（其實很多飯店都有提供餐具的服務，至少這點他們也有） 第二～三晚，我們加價換親子房，還不知會發生什麼事。

Before booking, I checked through the hotel's official website and various booking platforms. In comparison, Trip is the most cost-effective. The hotel is not bad, but the number of parking spaces is small, so after visiting the night market, there are no parking spaces in the hotel.
