It's really good to stay this hotel. I really really really love this place. The accommodation is clean and have facilities to supply my demand. the price is reasonable. I hope to visit this hotel again.

We stayed at the Siam Triangle Hotel as part of our organized birding tour in northern Thailand. The hotel sits right beside the road and has a very spacious lobby. Our room was a standard king with river view and small balcony. The air was so thick with smoke however it was impossible to be outside without a mask. The poor air quality exists all over northern Thailand not just Chiang Saen but be aware it's a real problem in the winter months (Dec-March). Our room was adequately sized with modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was very nice with made to order eggs and coffee specialty drinks - a huge upgrade from the powdered stuff we were usually served. It's a nice hotel, - just unfortunate we couldn't be outside to enjoy the view.

The hotel has 2 buildings on each side of the road. Accommodation is a small building, self-service, no porter. The door opens with a card. The hotel parking lot is broken, 3 floor building, there is a container and the name of the Siam triangle hotel is confusing. At first, I couldn't find the hotel, only the name has to call to ask at the hotel for the clean room, no mechanical. We first discovered this hotel while looking for a place to stay before a border hop to Laos, but it’s quickly become a favourite spot for us to come to rest. The owner, Mai, is extremely hospitable, and her son Nok is incredibly kind. The food — especially the lemon chicken, the spring rolls, the fried rice, and the massaman curry — are truly among the best dishes we’ve tasted in all of Thailand. This place is a hidden gem: the rooms are comfortable, the views are green, and the sounds of nature are very relaxing. We now look for reasons to come to this area just so we can stay here. It looks very ordinary from the outside, but this is hands down one of the best hotels in Thailand.
