Tolles Hotel, super freundliche Personal und voll ausgestattet. Man ist dort als Gast willkommen.
Das Hotel hat nur normale Fahrräder aber sie haben für mich ein E-Bike für morgen früh organisiert.
Nachdem Check out habe ich noch ein kleines Geschenk aus Toskana bekommen 😍
Natürlich 100% empfehlenswert. Würde ich gerne bald wieder dort übernachten.

Fabio expertly accommodated a family member's food allergies and gluten intolerance. He brought a plate full of homemade, gluten-free biscotti and muffins for her to select each morning at breakfast. It is often hard to find gluten free baked goods and she was grateful for the quality and variety. The food was labeled according to the top allergens in Italy, and there were meat, cheese and fruit options in addition to the baked goods. Andrea was equally wonderful; he helped us plan our driving routes and helped us with parking at the hotel. He inquired about our sleep quality and watched my expression when I answered. He deducted that the mattress was not to our liking and offered to switch it out to a softer one (which happened when we were aware from the premises). We highly recommend staying here. The only challenge was the tricky parking as the driveway to enter is on a hill, but Andrea was very helpful in this regard.

Excellent service in every detail, Andreas and his brother Fabio who is the chef, exceeded every expectation. Anything we asked for was immediately provided to us. The room was spacoius, the bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. In all my years and travels of the globe, I have never before encountered such perfection in the hospitality industry. The room was spacious, comfortable but most importantly of all spotlessly clean. The whole COVID procedure was followed to a T and we always felt safe and well looked after by Andrea and his team. The food was out of this world. My highest compliments to the chef and his kitchen staff. We dined here for breakfast and dinner, every piece of food was delicious. Customer service was at its finest. We are thoroughly satisfied guests. Thank you, hope to see you again soon!

Hotel dalla struttura non grande ma molto pulito e ben attrezzato, prima colazione molto buona, varia ed abbondante ma il cambio di marcia lo produce il personale, attento, sempre cortese e preparatissimo, se dovessi tornare qui sarà il mio punto di riferimento. Consigliato

Con un gruppo di 51 persone, soci del CAI, abbiamo soggiornato presso il Santa Caterina dal 7 al 14 ottobre 2023 per fare del trekking nella splendida val d'Orcia Devo dire che a volte ho trovato strutture con personale gentile e disponibile, altre con camere confortevoli ed altre con un'ottima cucina , ma mai tutte queste cose insieme. Esperienza eccezionale, come la cucina, tutta curatissima e con piatti della tradizione toscana. I titolari hanno fatto di tutto per agevolarci sotto ogni aspetto, dal ritiro dei bagagli all'arrivo con il loro pulmino e la consegna direttamente nella hall, fino alla partenza, portando i nostri bagagli direttamente al pullman. Esperienza che mi sento di consigliare, e che spero, assieme ai soci, di poter ripetere.

Un'accoglienza squisita, la pulizia, il cibo eccellente con proposte dei piatti tipici toscani, cucinati sempre con cura e di ottima qualità, nonché in quantità abbondante, fanno di questo hotel un posto dove ci si sente coccolati e resta la voglia di ritornare. L'hotel, peraltro, è posizionato in un posto centrale, ben servito da negozi, mezzi pubblici, consentendo cosi' di raggiungere velocemente le diverse località della Val d'Orcia.

Sono stata con un gruppo di 50 persone per un trekking in Val d’Orcia. Hotel da 10 e lode per la gentilezza e disponibilità dei gestori e del personale. Camere pulite con balconcino. La cucina casalinga FAVOLOSA con piatti, spesso tipici, preparati con cura ed amore. Il personale di sala sempre attento, disponibile e sorridente! Tutto il nostro gruppo è rimasto più che soddisfatto della settimana passata in questo Hotel in cui ci siamo sentiti coccolati! Super consigliato!
