Little bit dated but overall decent hotel in great location. Could do with a new air conditioner in rooms. Self laundry for 3000KRW is nice. Jacuzzi hoses not working.

Nice place right near where I used to work. Lots of lively things to do around there.

It's quiet and nice when I sleep, but around 8:00 am, the cleaning staff were talking so loudly in the hallway that I couldn't sleep.

I made a reservation for 3 people, but I was so grateful that they did me a favor by saying that there would be no additional charge for 1 person, even though it is basically 2 people. Instead, the amenity was only provided for two people, but it didn't matter. Microwave ovens must be used with permission at the counter. Please note that there are no people at the counter before 8:00 in the morning, so you cannot use it.

I made the wrong reservation because the names are similar, but I'm glad it's nearby. I stayed here because it was cheap, but it just feels like an old self-made room. It was nice to have Netflix.

Thank you to the kind managers as always. Also, it is clean and quiet, so I use it whenever I go on a business trip.

The location is near Buldang-dong Sports Park, so it's good for shopping or taking a walk. I applied for a twin bed room, but was assigned to a three bed room, so the space was nice and spacious. However, since it was a business hotel, there was a group of guests in the next room, so the noise interfered with sleep. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, so it's a good place to stay for a while.

The hotel was clean and nice. Have a good overnight stay. The only disappointing thing was that the bathroom door was all transparent and the blankets were too single. Other than that, there was no discomfort.

There is no food. Not even water.

Because the road home is too blocked, come in and have a rest. I like it because it is clean and big. The interior is also very beautiful. I am very satisfied~~^^

생각착오였고 화장실과 침실 본후 넘 불쾌했었어 생수 하나도 서비스 없고 사먹어야된다니.. 어처구니 없게~ 좋은 맘으로 가족과 함께 갔는데... 다음엔 더 찾아 보고 예약해야될것같아요

호텔 로비는 고급져서 좋았는데 방이 모텔급이라 살짝 아쉽네요.. 시설도 그렇고 화장실 문도 없어서 밤에 분위기 으스스합니다. 조금 아쉽지만 사장님이 친절하셔서 좋았습니다.

예약을 실수로 인해 중복으로 하였는데 바로 취소 안해주네요. 전화로 얘기하면 서로 어플업체 핑계대고, 어플업체는 호텔 핑계되고요. 문제 발생 시 해결 안된다고 보면 됩니다.

위치 가격 서비스 만족합니다 천안에 출장 관련 호텔에 기본은 하는 호텔입니다 신라스테이 오앤시티호텔 예약이 힘들때 이 호텔 많이 이용하고 있습니다 올해만 어러번 이용했네요
