Our family of 6 went to Chennai in Dec'23 for a wedding. The Airbnb that we had booked earlier turned out to be a total dud and was totally not what what we were expecting. We decided to move out and found Maroma through a travel agent friend of the family. Boy, were we glad we did!! The whole experience was memorable - friendly and helpful staff (special shout out to the ***ager Mr. Thiru), the over-sized rooms, the awesome food including the sumptuous free breakfast at the adjoining Mayflower restaurant and the overall laid-back ambience that added a true resort feel to our experience. We loved it so much that we recommended it the newlywed couple, who spent their first night at the master suite! We have now found our go-to place when it comes to staying in Chennai during our visits. Thanks Maroma!

The hotel is very very good. The staffs are so cordial. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The pool is clean and good. Very near to the beach. Everything was just perfect

A very nice hotel with a great restaurant. Seriously, the food was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location is close to shops and the beach. It is not a very touristy location, and to get to the city a taxi ride is always required. The staff was very nice and helpful, though sometimes we were feeling very observed.

We spent 3 nights with a group of French ladies beg of March and we were all very satisfied with the service and amenities this place offers. (Avoid the room downstairs next to the restaurant, little noisy at night) The Mayflower restaurant adjacent to the hotel is pure bliss, especially their strawberry jam and all varieties of Ice cream. Bonus was the terrace with Seaview fir our morning Yoga practice 🧎♀️ Thanks to all staff and ***agement. I will definitely come back. S***

Overall, a very pleasant experience. Clean rooms, tasty food, ample parking area, and Neelankarai Beach at walking distance. Thumbs up!
