infrastructure in grand residence hotel🏨 very good👍 but in bathroom there is no bucket and mug only shower are provided. hot water 💧provision is good at any time. already i paid extra person amount paid 💰 but they demand to pay extra amount🙏

Food was good. On check in we found some of the bathroom lines were used ones! the tv screen would flash even when not in use. So i had to unplug it. Service was prompt and courteous. Mattress was too soft, not giving enough back support.

I used to stay here few times in last 3 years and I have seen some changes through this period.My last trip is the best so far.The rooms have huge improvement,cleaning is very good.The best part is the people there,they always willing to assist.I felt very comfortable.The manager always asks if everything is ok.Eveeyone at the hotel is helpful and friendly.Special mention to Shweta the young lady at reception,she always gives you huge smile and offer assistance.She is very kind and helpful Thank you so much.I will definitely stay there in near future.

f&b service staff are not professionally trained. Breakfast buffet staff are rude. Smelly room ( like humid/selan wala)
