原本預訂的大床房免費升級為湖景房，窗外陽台即是東安湖公園，房間面積挺大的，酒店內可以直接走到東安閣登高望遠。

非常完美，首先近東安湖公園，第二酒店設施非常好，環境優美，最主要的是有很多小朋友體驗的親子課，大人也可以放鬆的躺平，小朋友可以盡情的遊樂

酒店的設施有點落後現在的主流了，窗簾還靠手工拉，燈光開關也很奇怪，空調這個時候以後冷氣。服務上下車保安大叔雙手叉腰，沒有一點幫忙搬下行李的想法。不過前台、餐廳的服務態度還是不錯的，酒店的景觀也真的很ok。

環境：新中式庭院設計，很好看很喜歡。旁邊就是東安湖東安閣。早上起來推開陽台門就能聽見鳥語花香。
服務：工作人員熱情，幫我送行李到房間。
衞生：新裝修的，很乾凈。
目前唯一的缺點就是位置比較偏，如果不是剛好來這邊聽演唱會，應該不會選擇這裏。

第一：酒店環境很好，東安閣就在酒店內，很適合穿新中式去拍照。白天晚上都很漂亮。第二：房間也不錯，乾淨衞生，私湯也很温暖。唯一一點就是套房熱空氣都集中在二樓了，一樓相對温度低一丟丟。但不影響總體感受。電視也很大，可以投屏。第三：服務很不錯，前台接待和茶坊接待都很熱情，客房服務也很及時，通知送個啥飛快就來了。第四：早飯也很豐富！可以説是完美的一場旅遊啦！
