The front desk lady has a very good service attitude and is very patient. She is very positive in solving problems. She also gave the children a panda doll. The cleaning lady is also very patient. Cons: 1. The bathroom has a smell. I am very sensitive to smells and I can't accept it. I changed to another room and it still has the same smell. The cleaning lady patiently helped to clean it up, but the smell is still quite strong. 2. There should be road construction downstairs. I dare not open the window because the noise is very loud.

We booked 3 nights online and checked into the Regent Donggu Hotel on April 11. The room was very clean and tidy, of moderate size, with comfortable bedding, electric curtains, smart toilet, dry and wet separation, very user-friendly, good hotel management, timely resolution of any problems, and very good service attitude. The breakfast was rich in variety and very attentive, making the meal enjoyable. The hotel is strategically located in the city center, very close to the side attractions and the subway station. The C1 south exit of subway line 1 and 2 is 100 meters away from the hotel. I will continue to stay here when I come to Chengdu in the future.
