房間很新，感覺房間內硬件床品、衞浴品都不錯，牆上有安裝化粧鏡並且居然是帶燈的，總之我挺喜歡的！後面就是非常漂亮的龍潭水鄉，那麼漂亮的古風園林居然沒幾個人有點可惜。早上自助餐品種多挺好吃的，如果再有機會來這邊，我依然想住這裏。

前台小姐姐服務很好，還送了小禮物，小朋友很喜歡、 好評，離熊貓基地也很近，前台小姐姐很漂亮，服務態度也很好，房間衞生也打掃的很乾凈 打掃衞生的姐姐服務態度也很好，早餐是自助式的，菜品很豐富，下次還會選擇這家酒店

離店的時候衣服丟在房間了，次日就聯繫了，雖然説是給寄出了，但兩天不給單號，到目前三天了收不到衣服。結果現在要成都出差去重慶，衣服即使時隔三天寄到了成都也拿不到。門店責任心太差。服務意識和服務態度有待提升。
