雙灤區雙塔山腳下！看康熙大典遊玩雙塔山竹這裏不錯，周邊沒什麼大型購物中心，想去避暑山莊去老區城這個酒店就比較晚了。整體環境不錯，裝修風格比較有特點，第一次來承德旅遊的可以來體驗一下！

春節突發奇想回老家轉轉感受一下年味，訂了一個離親戚家最近的酒店，體驗感還是挺好的，定的主題房還送了玩具，孩子很喜歡玩的不亦樂乎，還有寶寶用品，都很齊全！夜宵服務很不錯，外面的飯館很早就關門了，酒店餐廳到十一點半，很不錯！酒店人員真的很認真負責，我閨女一歲多不小心碰了電話按出去了，我們不知道，酒店負責人還跑來房間問是不是發生什麼事了！這一點真的很不錯！值得一提的早餐！第一天很早把孩子叫醒去吃早餐，因為起床氣她一直哭鬧，後來餐廳員工説我們可以早上不用叫醒寶寶直接點餐到房間就可以了，第二天我們享受了一頓豐盛的早餐簡直太棒了！走時前台還會問有什麼要提意見的地方沒有！真的我可以説這個酒店性價比很高！不枉費我開了300多公里來這！下次再過來串親戚還定這裏！唯一的缺點就是房間裏的木質傢俱，親子房可以考慮一下防撞的問題，孩子被磕了兩次，另一個就是屋裡有一個瓷器，我還很擔心小朋友貴碰倒或者被砸到，小月齡寶寶這個年齡段實在是不受控制！其他都可以説是滿分滿分！

很愉快的一次帶着孫孫的出遊，十分温馨的酒店服務，房間乾淨整潔，房間傢俱中式古典大氣，前台，服務及餐廳很到位，主動引導領位，真是寒冷的冬天下榻酒店很温暖。

床上有頭髮。主管説可能是孩子弄的。對我家孩子把我頭髮拽下來的。而且專挑短的拽的。給主管好評
屋子特別幹 我就要了兩個加濕器 結果 半夜都自動停了。跟沒拿一樣
早餐 樣式少得可憐。還沒有二百多一晚的酒店好。一份早餐98塊錢 真的很難平啊。住了就知道了

一進酒店門口就有人出門迎接幫你拿行李，還可以主動進行行李寄存，但是當天10月1號正好有結婚包大廳了，沒法在大廳用餐，前台接待説可以送餐到房間，但是要收15%的服務費，因為情況特殊，服務費減免了。菜量屬於比較大的那種，覺得味道還可以吧，然後晚上的那個菌菇丸子湯是值得推薦的，很鮮美。當時晚上特別想喝粥，要了一碗5元的南瓜小米粥，覺得也還可以，那個特色叫炸咯吱吧綠豆麪做的太甜了，像北京的糖醋里脊，不是太推薦。酒店旁邊就挨着景點雙塔山步行5分鐘就可以到了，嗯爬上山還有獼猴觀賞，感覺有點圈養。我們是從北京開車自駕去酒店的，所以從酒店到承德避暑山莊，還有到第2天的小布達拉宮，都是不到30分鐘的車程，感覺還是挺方便的，酒店説的是管家式管理對你的服務要求響應的都很快。整個酒店的實木設施的擺設是它的特色，可以在酒店裡好好的轉一轉。但是唯一有一點遺憾的呢，是早上的自助餐，雖然品種比較豐富，也比較可口，但位置比較少，不過還好我們找到了露台的一個位置。10月2號當天的八九點鐘的太陽正好曬到露台上也不很曬也不冷，還可以在露台上觀賞到雙塔山，覺得還是可以的。總之酒店的整個設施還是服務還是比較滿意性價比也挺高的，希望再接再厲。
