The property was beautiful and the location is phenomenal. Most of the staff was great, some exceptional. The only complaint was that I went with a group of moms to rest/relax and two out of four nights we were there, the fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. Very disturbing and we were unable to sleep after. When we mentioned it to staff, they said it's been an issue and just put it on the review- didn't really seem to care how it affected our vacation.

Stayed here as a last minute resort. Price was decent. However, this is a timeshare property, which means it doesn’t operate like a typical resort/hotel — namely no housekeeping, no room service, and extremely limited dining options on site (a small cafe that is decent for breakfast/lunch and then the flagship Margaritaville restaurant, which is tolerable at best).
“Beach access” is technically true, but the actual beach attached to the resort is small and virtually unusable. Fortunately, the resort provides free shuttle service to two nearby beaches, one of which is also quite easily walkable. Taxis are always available by the checkin building, which makes getting around very easy.
Overall the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was nice, and the property itself was nice. If you are looking for a typical resort experience with an abundance of on-site amenities and dining, then this place isn’t going to be for you, as you’ll need to leave the resort quite often to eat, go to the beach, and participate in excursions. If you are used to the more “DIY” timeshare culture, then you might find it to your liking.

They rarely have the right room type that was reserved. Have to wait more than an hour for shuttle service to transport our luggage to and from the parking lot. The whole resort could use a good cleaning and refreshing.

This Resort was awesome! Two wonderful pools, amazing views. Great food. Good vibes.
I want to give a shout out to maintenance. Our refrigerator quit working. We called down and they came by within five minutes, took a look and within fifteen minutes we had a brand new fridge.
Thank you maintenance!
The property has so many flowers and large palms. I got some of my best pictures right here on the resort.
We will be back some day. Our best vacation by far!

Our stay was not cheap $450 per night plus it was not on the beach had to take shuttle to go to the nearest beach . Not much around the resort very dead resort not much happening in the red itself. All in all been to better resorts at this price . very basic

Was expecting a better restaurant for what is deemed a resort. It's there primarily for breakfast and/or lunch, but it is pretty horrible. The breakfast comes out cold, isn't well made, is not what was ordered (more than once). Not the server's fault; this is the kitchen messing up. Food is mediocre at best. Much, much better getting a breakfast sandwich at their takeout place; well-made; much better quality. Only thing confusing is the take-out place had no signs that it had breakfast, much less that it was available all day.
Other than the restaurant let-down, the rest of the stay there was fine. Good staff, accommodations just okay, nice environment.

This property was not like the other Margaritaville properties I have stayed at. The air did not work in our room, we called guest services, they did not respond or send a repair tech. We left early and went to another resort. Wasted money due to prepaying the trip.
