Ótimo atendimento. Instalações antigas, mas em reformas. Café da manhã mto bom, apenas frutas já muito maduras, já com gosto de passado do ponto de consumo.

Muito bom, chegamos na cidade a noite e por sorte o hotel estava disponível, era um dia de evento na cidade. Fomos bem recebidos, quarto amplo com cama confortável, o banheiro com chuveiro com bastante pressão, o Box podia ser um pouco maior mas ok. Café da manhã bom.

Os quartos se encontram em situacao de grande desgaste, com roupas de cama e travesseiros gastos com aparencia (e cheiro) de velhos, alem da iluminacao fraca (leds brancos), e uma das televisoes dos quartos que nao funcionava o volume. Outro ponto negativo foram as cortinas, que nao apresentavam fechamento total, deixando o quarto claro demais desde bem cedo. O ponto positivo foi o atendimento da recepcao, muito atenciosos e educados. Resumindo, nao é o mesmo Hotel Bertaso que me hospedo desde crianca.

Hotel clássico, me hospedo a muitos anos e a equipe é sempre muito atenciosa, café da manhã farto, os quartos tem uma pegada antiga mas é bem limpos e confortáveis. Localização Excelente na Cidade próximo aos pontos turísticos e supermercados.

Hotel sempre 10! Mas hoje o restaurante sem o Maître Selvino deixou a desejar! O que será deste ícone da gastronomia de Chapecó quando o Selvino não estiver mais aqui não? Pena! Frequento o hotel a mais de 30 anos simples assim, 30 anos impecáveis!

O hotel é bom e tem custo benefício ok se você não usar o restaurante ou tiver muito tempo livre. O fruto da minha crítica e nota baixa é chamar a atenção para este ponto. Hoje uma quarta feira eu e uma colega a trabalho depois de 7 / sim sete horas na estrada de Porto Alegre pensamos. Que bom comer algo rápido e gostoso no hotel sem sair e descer descansar. Fizemos o pedido as 21h. Os pratos chegaram as 21h50. O restaurante é enorme e tinham pouquíssimas mesas em atendimento. A desculpa foi serviço de quarto. Então nao operem a lá carte. Então avisem que o prato em escolha pode demorar 1 hora. Eu teria pedido uma torrada ou omelete. Teria sido justo é muito mais transparente. Meu filet veio bem salgado e a porção de batata Suíça mini mini mini. Como pouco e achei a porção super pequena. Não volto e claro estou aqui registrando tudo pois a gestão nao eh tercerizada mas do próprio Bertaso.
