Spacious, well-kept and clean hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights with my partner and we were comfortable. There is a coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, mini fridge, good functioning AC. It is very close to the bus station, from where the buses go to the airport. Walking distance from the beach. It's in the city center, and there are some bakeries and other shops nearby. There are no buffet breakfasts, but there is an option of pre-ordered breakfast delivered to your room, which we did not try.

Great location - out of the late night noise but walking to everything in town. Staff was amazing - helpful in every way from restaurant recommendations to room comfort. Good space and bathrooms- would highly recommend for a trip to chania.

Great location. Just blocks off the waterfront but far enough away for a quiet night's sleep. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and had many great food and activity recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly staff, from the reception to the household staff. Minutes walking from the main streets. Clean room and quiet large. Coffee and tea bar - free in the room. Free bottles of water. The reception desk representatives so helpful and willing to assist in any issue...

It was the perfect place. The hotel is lovely, nicely decorated. Room spacious and clean. Nice service. The location is also a big advantage, you can walk to both the bus station and the old city center in just a few minutes.

Definitely recommend! Brilliant communication leading up to our stay and fantastic service throughout. The staff were so helpful with recommendations and booking a taxi. We did the 24 hour check in and it worked so smoothly. Beautiful hotel, loved the decor and very clean. Great location too, a short walk away from the old town. Breakfasts delivered to the room were delicious. Thank you!

We, two guys from Austria, have stayed already twice at the hotel "Mosaic" and we liked it very much: the beds are good, the bathrooms are good and practical, everything is new and clean and well renovated, of good taste. The Central bus station is very near. The surrounding of the hotel is quite noisy, but this is a very busy district. We therefore slept with ear plugs from wax as we always do in noisy cities. We specifically liked the friendly staff there, felt very well attended and treated. Thank you, kind Ms Hara Alexandraki from the reception! We'll come back next year!
