The service in the hotel is great, and the cleanliness and hygiene are very good. From the moment we get off the bus, from the security guard to the front lobby, we all have 5S service with a smile and enthusiasm. I have stayed in many parent-child hotels with my babies, but none of them are as user-friendly as this Wenpu Hotel. They are equipped with bottle sterilizers and the free mineral water is from Nongfu Spring. Water for babies. The hotel also gave the baby toys, a lot of fruits, cakes🍰, and yogurt. Thanks to Liang Feifei and the beautiful girl in the housekeeping department. I will continue to choose Wenpu Hotel next time I come to Changzhou.

Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately. During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly. The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine. For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day). In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

There are many bus lines around and the transportation is convenient. The front desk staff of the hotel was very warm, kind and heartwarming. We arrived very early, the front desk quickly checked in for us, and upgraded our room for free, the big bed was bigger than the original order, and specially arranged a room on the wrong street for us, thank you very much! The room is about 20 square meters, clean and tidy, and very quiet, which makes us very satisfied. All kinds of equipment have everything. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and will not hit the wetland surface. A little lacking is the TV, which has been unable to get it.

I have been to Changzhou several times. Every time I live near Changzhou Station, this is a minute walk from Changzhou Station South Square. There are many convenience stores nearby. It is very convenient to eat. There are Tianning Temple nearby, 10 minutes by bike, and there are many petty bourgeois cafes near Bo'ai Road. To be honest, the layout of the hotel is relatively simple, and there is nothing placed on an empty table when each elevator comes out. Struggling to think of ways to improve this place. Great location near the old train station, Tianming Park and two metro stations. Professional staff, fast check-in. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. The bathing spa on the 3rd floor was incredible. There’s also a gym and pool onsite. The rooms were beautifully designed with cool pyramid ceilings. Mattresses were soft and I think they bought the best pillows money can buy. Pretty strong dedicated wifi connections, 20+ mbps. Breakfast was ok. If I ever come back to Changzhou I’m staying here!

After researching on Ctrip and a certain book, I chose Yunzhong, which is located on the top floor of Changzhou TV Station. I was not disappointed. Environment: Park your car from the basement and take the elevator directly to the 54th floor. As soon as you enter the door, you can feel the small but beautiful difference of this hotel. I like it very much. It was evening when we stayed in the panoramic room. From the washing area to the bed, we had an unobstructed view of the beautiful scenery of Changzhou. Facilities: The facilities are very new, the hair dryer used is from Dyson, all charging sockets are considered, the toilet is electric, and there is a coffee capsule machine. It is worth mentioning that there are actually toiletries from Aquarius de Parma, which I like very much, and they smell particularly good. The first impression is that it tastes good. The hotel exceeded our expectations for our stay and helped us enjoy our short 2 night weekend away stay in Changzhou, so thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make that happen. A special mention, however, must go to Chef Lu (卢大厨) for the really amazing breakfasts that both me, a European, and my partner, who is Shanghainese, both found delicious and delightful. Him and his team really are masters of both flavour and customer service, my partner especially agrees we cannot thank him and them enough, they have our trip a magnificent and memorable start to each day.
