The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the room is large, and the room type is upgraded for free! The facilities are complete and the location is easy to find. There are supermarkets and pharmacies around. The whole house is smart, freeing your hands. Like it 👍

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! It has the most amazing location on Qingguo Alley, and simply walking through the hotel to your room is an experience in itself. The hotel is beautifully decorated in the traditional Chinese style, and the rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Changzhou. Staff were really helpful and made check-in so simple. Also, staff were very proactive so that our stay would be as smooth and comfortable as possible.

A well-regulated old hotel. Free parking, good front desk service, big and hot bath water, smooth water. Walk to Qingguo Alley for ten minutes, and pass many small restaurants in the middle, delicious and not expensive. Not far from Hongmei Park, Dongpo Garden, Tianning Temple, it is very convenient to travel to Changzhou.

The location of the hotel is impeccable, only 5 minutes from the subway station, on the side of Qingguo Lane. The loft room is great, the kids can run up and down the stairs, there is a projection downstairs which is great for watching movies, and you can use the room card to upgrade your cup for free at the Starbucks next door, limited to one cup.

The Smile Natural serves a wonderful breakfast. The environment of the canteen is combined with western and Shanghai culture from the 19th Century to Now. You may find the traditional Western breakfast, such as grilled tomatoes with French bread and cafe, also with steamed belt fish , vegetables and Chinese dumplings. 管家小周 All fruits and salads are fresh with good quality. The chief is professional with making traditional dumplings ，that is good！ Especially at the entrance, the dessert are wonderful cover with mango and fruit toppings.

Outstanding front operation service provided and most importantly their hospitality were top notch. In addition to this, complementary breakfast and evening snacks has given in time which were delicious. On top of that, room amenities were elegant and nicely decorated. Apart from this they have breathtaking views at the balcony which I thoroughly enjoyed. Last but not least, it would be nicer if they would have provided air fresheners at room; however, that wasn’t the major issue. Completely recommend.

Good value for money. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Didn’t get the breakfast because there are at least 3 or so coffee shops in the mall in the same complex, including Starbucks. Friendly staff that speaks English. A rarity still in many places in China. Overall recommend to stay in this new hotel.

This hotel is great, very clean, and the service is ok. The apartment has an induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, and washing machine. The bathroom and cloakroom are also spacious, suitable for families with elderly or babies. The hotel is very close to the China Dinosaur Park, about ten minutes by car, and fifteen minutes by car from the city center. It is very convenient. I will choose here next time I come to Changzhou.
