這家酒店坑死了！一大早就在那裡搞裝修，我晚上加完班，凌晨兩點才睡的，早上8點來鍾他們就在那裡敲啊敲的，出去才知道在換地毯。要裝修還賣什麼房間？入住的時候也不提醒一下我們，正要睡的時候他們就在那裡**的敲啊敲的。下去退房前台説話似乎語氣也比較傲慢，*！這是個什麼店，看你裝好了生意會不會好起來？我看今天的差評會撲面而來的！

入住之前，保潔未能使房間有效痛風換氣，房間殘留煙味很濃。換氣扇工作不正常，偶爾還會發出尖鋭的噪音。夜裡被蚊子咬醒了，房間裏沒有找到電蚊香的。洗漱區沒有見到一次性的牙膏牙刷用品。

作為如家老客户，這次是體驗感最差的一次，第一晚入住發現被套很臟，幸好帶着自己備用的床單被套，第二晚睡覺有蟲子在臉上和脖頸處爬，不是夏天，3月份就有蟲子爬？每天看着兩個服務員在客户房間忙碌，做衞生，我感覺酒店人手不夠，以後再不選這家連鎖店了。
