Hotel very new and very cleaning. Staff friendly and helpful. Location very nice. Will book the same hotel if future come again. Nearby location also have many food options and restaurants .

服務：頂呱呱，來常州就是去恐龍園玩耍孩子衣服都臟了，客房部毛立勃先生凌晨了還在為我們家三個小朋友洗衣服，洗完還要烘乾送房間，真心感動，還有尾號4220的酒店領導時刻關心我們入住感受，酒店還為我們準備了小食品太貼心了，點贊👍👍👍

下次來常州一定會首選這家的！！本次旅行住得最舒服的一家酒店
設施：特別好，樓下就是地鐵站，隔壁步行五分鐘就是網紅打卡點市民文化廣場，而且到高鐵站衹要兩站，去紅梅公園之類的也超快！酒店比較新佈置很好到處都是香香的，房間也很乾凈
服務：兩位前台小姐姐服務真的超級好，很温柔，有問題問她們都是很耐心解答幫忙，各種需求很快就回應，下雨天還幫我把衣服烘乾好送上樓啦，太感謝了！

非常好的酒店！靠近國際會展中心很近走路就能到，早餐好吃，房間安靜有氛圍感，整體給人感覺很高級，性價比也很高！輕奢的風格，快捷的價位我哭死🥺🥺前台小姐姐特別好！！很温柔很好溝通我要愛上前台小姐姐了！

服務超級無敵好！一進門會幫忙拿行李收傘，房間很寬敞舒適，前台也很耐心。早餐種類很豐富，還有常州特色的銀絲麪！最後一個我沒想到的是！退房的時候居然還會問是否需要咖啡！然後給你一杯咖啡，真的太貼心了！來常州必住好嗎，沖沖沖！

房間很安靜，衞生很好，阿姨人也特別好，兩瓶水不夠喝，還主動送了兩瓶非常棒，體驗感很好，因為上課的緣故需要延遲一下，退房也很爽快的答應了，服務非常不錯，入住，有時候還有小禮品經常來有需要的時候經常來學校一停電我們就來了，哈哈哈哈，這邊臨近市民廣場，夜景也非常漂亮

地理位置絕佳，就是買的特產被前台寫上房號了，本來準備送人的，用濕巾沾牙膏擦了老半天才擦掉馬克筆寫的字，建議以後可以貼個便利貼。
