酒店服務很不錯，客房工作人員有個姓王女士很不錯，我隨口説了一句晚上睡覺有點幹，她立馬為我拿來了加濕器，還為我準備了護膚品收納盒，很貼心。

客房服務員**做事很認真，衞生打掃很乾凈，還給我折了衣服。前台也很熱情。服務很好，可以達到五星的標準。就是早餐很一般。房間比較大設施還可以，作為一個老牌賓館已經可以了。停車場一直有空位，停車無憂，保安小哥是個完美主義者，對我的停車位置要求比較高（看得出來我是個來自上海的本本族），還是不錯的。

酒店地理位置非常棒，內部環境不錯，設施齊全，早餐豐富，提供接站服務，很貼心的服務，酒店人員提前打電話聯繫是否需要接站。接站人員服務很好，我先去附近商場買東西，酒店主動幫忙將行李先帶回酒店。
看到我洗的衣服，還主動放了一個漂亮的晾衣架，下次入住還會選擇這裏

長治金威大酒店的服務非常周到，接送站的楊師傅和前台帥哥小劉態度都很好，還熱情的給我們介紹長治的景點和小吃。酒店安排的房間也很好，貼心的做了升級，房間寬敞舒適，客房服務員小李很用心，看到我的老花鏡，還主動送上來擦鏡布，房間打掃的很乾凈。早餐品種豐富美味可口。

回家的感覺，每年得玩偶，能攢一打了。早餐更像晉東南家常飯，主打一個約貼。房間要了蕎麥枕，睡覺更舒服。今年酒店推出了宴席外送到家服務，大年初二送到奶奶家，省心又省事。

先説優點：位置比較優越，旁邊就有萬達廣場，缺點：離機場很近，在飛機航道上，聲音比較大。整體感覺一般，性價比比較低，酒店設施比較老舊。

酒店地理位置非常棒，臨近萬達廣場，房間乾淨整潔，衞生做的也很好，內部環境不錯，設施齊全，停車方便，車場是24小時有人看管，很安心。馬路對面就有一個充電站，非常方便。前台服務態度很好，下次入住會優先選擇金威酒店。
