停車場很大，還能免費停車,上樓需要刷卡，很安全，前台還提供免費飲料，小姐姐服務態度都很好，説話也很甜，很滿意很滿意

酒店在客運西站旁邊，交通方便。房間乾淨、舒適，也很安靜。還有貼心的簡單茶具可供出門在外的愛茶人泡茶，茶葉也不錯。前台服務人員熱情周到，服務態度非常好。總之，入住體驗很好，這是第二次入住，下次還會選擇這裏。

酒店務非常好，入住當晚加送了瓶水，第二天原本一早退房，但走沒多久，車壞了，酒店又貼心的重新辦了入住，本應最晚下午2點退房，但車沒修好，孩子小，在酒店還沒醒，酒店又給延遲了一段時間，在外遇到困難，酒店服務貼心給力，在山西旅遊的一週，山西人給我留下了難忘的印象：善良，熱情，這是一次滿意之旅。
