因為想去興福寺 在攜程選擇了閲山軒的步雲樓園景 酒店是中式園林設計 靜謐私密 少有喧嘩 位置在虞山腳下 離興福寺和虞山索道幾步之遙 步行到虞山北路也衹要10分鐘 酒店周圍麪館茶樓林立 數興福老麪館最為著名 話説常熟人喜歡喝茶和吃麪 所以麪館和茶館特別多 酒店大堂古色古香 還陳列有很多收藏 如沉香 茶餅等 自助早餐品種不少 中西合璧 還可以點蕈油麪 居然還吃到了正宗的鹹豆花
酒店開業時間不短了 設施略有陳舊 但勝在服務一流 無論是大堂經理 前台 餐廳還是客房服務 都對客人關懷備至 宛如春風細雨 親切自然 可以説在客房服務 餐廳就餐 溝通交流等各方面都感受到了一個成熟的酒店給予客人的良好體驗 二天的時間在大堂值守的都是同一位經理 從早到晚都在 印象深刻
離店前得知我們要上山 還為我們準備了小電扇 當我們徒步在烈日下的虞山上 發現包裏還有一個小風扇時 這一縷涼風是多麼珍貴
短短二天時間太短 期待下一次的閲山軒之旅

房間乾淨，透過窗户可以看見山景；衞生好，環境很棒，有庭院，魚池，坐在可以看書，發呆，呼吸新鮮空氣；服務熱情周到，經理詳細介紹附近的旅遊景區，如何遊玩。免費的早餐很合口味，麪條很好吃，當地特色，一次很棒的虞山之旅。

服務：跟着盧老師一起學習了仿宋點茶！還耐心教導小朋友宋代禮儀！幫忙拍了很多美美的照片！服務超出預期的體驗！酒店工作人員都貼心，還帶着美好的回憶！小朋友今天生日！盧老師還送了孩子一個可愛的禮物🎁非常感謝₍˄·͈༝·͈˄*₎◞ ̑̑

來常熟找朋友玩 朋友推薦了住閲山軒酒店 入住體驗很好 服務員也非常熱情 值得一提的是總枱放了一個房卡消毒機 這是我住過的第一家會給房卡消毒的酒店 水杯也都放在消毒櫃裏麪 房間裏也有小型飲水機 防疫工作做的挺好的 給人的感覺就是很安全 下次來常熟找朋友玩還會選擇這家酒店

酒店地理位置特別好，旁邊步行沒多久就可以去到興福寺祈福，還可以爬虞山，酒店的裝修特別典雅，吳文化的氣息十分濃郁！前台的服務員都十分熱情周到，房間設施齊全，最值得稱讚的一點是水杯都在消毒櫃內，非常注重細節！來常熟遊玩這裏的住宿無疑是最好的選擇！

和家人一起出遊，酒店就在虞山腳下，穿過對面的停車場再走一小段路就是興福寺，非常方便，前台的小帥哥和小美女都很熱情，客房服務的大姐也很貼心因為家有長者還詢問是否需要洗浴座的椅子，早餐的蕈油麪也好好吃很愉快的一次入住體驗，家人都很滿意。

清明前一晚入住 人少 房間非常安靜睡得很好；所有服務人員都很熱情 包括早餐阿姨 導致吃多了；早餐的覃油麪確實很絕 我不愛吃麪的人都吃得光碗；中式酒店設計很舒服 酒店內景觀也美 在酒店喝茶都應該很爽；玩虞山也很方便 步行就可以。非要説不足，就是酒店沒有充電樁，需要去馬路對面停車場充電。

常熟選了很久選了這個酒店。酒店不大，卻十分貼心。帶着小朋友，有免費的漢服，還可以餵魚，前台的小哥哥小姐姐非常熱情，有求必應。比起大的連鎖酒店，這個酒店很親切，有回家是感覺，很是喜歡。
