這是第二次入住這家酒店，入住體驗極差!!第一次入住因樓上沖水聲音太大換了房間，前台服務員處理及時才有了第二次入住。這一次真的特別的差勁!在前台辦完入住後，和朋友一起搭乘電梯上樓，因一些原因和朋友在電梯裏搶身份證，當時我腿是伸長的狀態，低着頭的，手在搶東西，電梯裏有個機器人要出去，我沒看見，來不及收回腳，機器人直接從我腳上軋了過去，導致我穿的鞋子被軋壞了。立馬聯繫了酒店工作人員，得到的回覆是一盤水果和一個杯子打發我，我也不差這盤水果，沒有接受，服務員讓我報警處理，報警後警察説這是民事糾紛也衹是協助處理，最終的結果是讓我去法院起訴。從頭到尾也沒見一個經理級的負責人出來處理問題，就是一句賠不了，這就是這家酒店處理事情的態度!後面晚上九點多了，房間門口服務員一直在弄那些杯子，叮鈴哐啷最少弄了快一個小時，真的服了，打開門跟服務員説了下，根本沒用。

設施：非常齊全和嶄新，廁所和淋浴都是分開的，設計合理，定的套房有小玄幻，當天的大衣直接掛櫃子很方便。該有的都有。智能設備使用也很方便。
衞生：乾淨，沒有異味。天氣冷，但是房間温暖，暖氣夠足。
環境：地鐵非常方便，出門右轉就是地鐵，換乘即可到達五一廣場，橘子洲等景點。安靜，不吵。
服務：入住有歡迎的小水果，晚上還要粥提供，非常周到。早飯也不錯。尤其是有洗衣送衣的服務，非常貼心，這個服務真是幫了大忙了。
物超所值，下次再來長沙一定會再選擇悦致。

酒店房間很大，衞生間和洗浴分開這點很好。酒店樓下就是地鐵，出行很方便。還未入住，就會有管家添加微信，當詢問得知是旅遊後會發整理的攻略，很貼心。酒店的早餐因為起的晚都沒吃上，但前台有麪包和牛奶可以帶走，每晚還有銀耳羹或者紅豆沙之類的晚安宵夜。總之是非常不錯的體驗，值得推薦！

環境：酒店新凈，交通便利，出門就是地鐵口。
服務：服務非常好，幾乎有求必應，還提供免費洗衣服務，離店還有小禮物。
衞生：乾淨，唯一不足地毯可能有些許頑固污漬，不過整體衞生不錯。
